Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.happy with ring. i like that u can talk to person at door & pull up on phone anywhere. it does have a slight delay & sometimes it takes a bit to load , which is frustrating. it is better then originally when installed. i had to have the cable company come out & put a diff box in & it helped alot with the signal. if u live in a condo or not have a box close to door u can get poor performance. i am on 2nd floor so box is upstairs , or metal i think can cause interference. test when installed & move around box to see if u get good signal so u don't have to call the installer back.

The night light is great and bright for the hallway, and the connections seem to be a lot stronger to the cameras. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about upgrading from the original chime pro with movable antennas.

A couple cameras are located further away from router, but the extender helped with the issue we were having. All cameras work perfectly with extra help from the extender.

We enjoy movies and music, but worried that we would not be able to hear the doorbell. We installed the Ring doorbell camera, then put the chime in the kitchen. Even with the music up or a movie on, we can hear the chime when the bell is rung. Great product.
