But it does the job or sounding whenever the RING doorbell button is pressed. It also comes with a nightlight which is an added plus.

Now the cameras stay connected, faster accessing live view and it made it easier to add more cameras. Highly recommended.

This one so far was much easier to set up with the QR scan. I like the nightlight as well. I don’t know if it does much for extended wifi- I see no difference but I didn’t buy it for that reason.

Pleasant tones and my dog doesn’t even recognize that it’s a door bell! I love that! This also makes the doorbell wireless, which I needed for the silly wiring in this 1960’s home.

Being able to rely on the alerts is an essential feature of the Ring Chime. We can definitely assist you with this today, and we are confident we can find the correct settings for your home’s environment.
It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. The Ring Chime Pro was designed with the ability to customize the volume of sound you hear when an event takes place. We recommend following these steps to choose the best sound for Chime alerts for your environment:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the top menu (☰) and then Devices.
Select your Chime or Chime Pro device.
Tap Audio Settings, then Chime Tones.
You'll see two tabs at the top of the screen: rings and motions.
Tap Rings and select your favorite sound. Chime will play when someone presses your doorbell. You'll hear an audio sample when chosen. You can also adjust the volume with the slider.
Tap Motions and select your favorite sound. Chime will play when motion is detected on your Ring doorbells and cameras. You can also adjust the volume with the slider.
We would love the opportunity to share with you some troubleshooting steps that you can try to get your Ring Doorbell functioning as intended. If your device is unresponsive, try pressing and holding the reset button for 20 seconds. Follow the steps in the Ring app to reconnect the doorbell to your network. To reconnect a Ring Doorbell to your wifi network: Open the Ring app. Tap the menu (≡). Tap "Devices" and select the doorbell you'd like to reconnect to wifi. Tap the "Device Health" tile. Under "Network," tap "Change Network" and follow the prompts in the app. Allow some time for your device to fully reconnect to the network, then check your wifi signal strength in "Device Health" to confirm it has successfully reconnected.

Great addition to our ring system!

So far all Works well and has been reliable and we’ve enjoyed the video features as well as the different options for the chime.

It chimes for any device that you select for it to alert from. I can now hear a chime to notify of people traveling up and down the driveway being that it’s linked to the Ring Cameras.

Needed it so the kids could hear the ring doorbell when I am not home. They can also be aware if and when a package gets left at the door. It also extends the WiFi for all your ring items and makes the connection stronger.

No problems since we got this. It’s also nice to have another room where we hear the notifications.

Reason I got this was to extend my wifi connection to my Ring door bell! As for the additional features like night light mode and also love the sleek design.
