So we had a Ring camera installed. I was getting chime notifications only on my cell phone when there was activity on the porch, which proved to be a bit inconvenient. With expert installation of the Ring Chime Pro by the Best Buy Geek Squad, we now can hear the chime notifications throughout the house rather than only on my cell phone. Extremely pleased with the device and with the Geek Squad. The tech had it installed in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer experience.

I bought this one to extend the range of a Ring indoor camera that was a bit too far from WiFi. It works perfectly

This bridged that needed gap and simple install since all ring products.

It will give you an additional alert from your door station (or cameras) and it relays the WiFi from your existing system to devices that are outside of that range.

Being able to rely on the alerts is an essential feature of the Ring Chime. We can definitely assist you with this today, and we are confident we can find the correct settings for your home’s environment.
It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. Ring Chime and Ring Chime Pro can play audio alerts when motion is detected on your Ring device or when someone presses your Ring doorbell. Ring Chime was designed with the ability to adjust the volume and customize the type of sound you hear when an event takes place.
Your Ring Chime Pro can play different sounds for motion and ring events. We recommend following these steps to choose the best sound for Chime alerts for your environment:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the top menu (☰) and then Devices.
Select your Chime or Chime Pro device.
Tap Audio Settings, then Chime Tones.
You'll see two tabs at the top of the screen: rings and motions.
Tap Rings and select your favorite sound. Chime will play when someone presses your doorbell. You'll hear an audio sample when chosen. You can also adjust the volume with the slider.
Tap Motions and select your favorite sound. Chime will play when motion is detected on your Ring doorbells and cameras. You can also adjust the volume with the slider.

Great product to use with Ring cameras
