I wish the plug for the wall outlet was smaller. Also, a blue light on the front is seen when the unit is on. Makes it hard not to be noticeable.

We’re glad to read that the setup of the Ring Indoor Cam (2nd Gen.) was easy and straight-forward.
It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. A solid blue light of the Ring Indoor Cam will turn on when motion is detected or when a Live View is activated. As of now, we do not have a setting within the app to turn off the blue light. Rest assured, we do take our customers’ feedback seriously and implement good ideas where we can.

Simple and effective

I set it up in just a few minutes and was able to optimize the view and settings within the Ring App (for iPhone). The resolution is very good (1800p) and the lens view is broad. This is the first indoor Ring camera I've used. It is smaller and lighter than their other products but works just as simply and effectively.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Security cam is good for indoors, outdoors you will need a steady power supply and it does not move freely on its own so you will have to set it up exactly where you would like it to face and watch. Overall it is great for indoors also u can mount/drill it to a wall, ceiling, or even any surface a screw can go through and hold, the camera is pretty light weight not very heavy at all I'd say less that 1lb.
