We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review.

It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. For optimal performance, it is not recommended to aim your Ring Indoor Cam, 2nd Gen directly at a window. The glass can negatively affect the camera's ability to accurately detect motion. Repositioning the camera to a location that avoids facing a window should provide a better image.

We want to assure you that your safety and security is our absolute top priority. As a result, one of the features we’ve implemented is mandatory two-step verification. This added layer of security helps prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to your Ring account, even if they have your username and password. We’ve also built the Control Center within the Ring App. You can access this to view and manage important privacy and security settings, including Shared Users and Authorized Client Devices.
