    Easy to set up, video quality ok, shooting through a window to outside not great due to blue light that cant be shut off.

We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review.

      It sounds like you are enjoying the features your Ring Indoor Cam (2nd Gen) has to offer, but the video quality is not what you expected. When installing your device facing out a window, you will want to make sure your Ring Indoor Cam’s infrared light is toggled off in the Ring app to help prevent reflections on the window. If your camera is facing a window, you may get distorted images at night.

      Ring Indoor Cam is a small security camera specifically designed to be used indoors to foster security in your home. Ring offers a variety of cameras to meet different needs. If you need additional coverage outside, we invite you to visit our support center to review the different devices and their features.

      Ring Community was launched to help deliver the most current news and educational information to our neighbors. This online forum is divided into four categories: Product Boards, Ring Updates, Tips + Tricks, and a Moderators’ Corner.
