High quality door bell. Image quality is outstanding! Interchangeable faceplates to match your decor. This comes with everything you need to install it with. Screwdriver, drill bit. I love knowing if someone is at my door while I'm away. They don't even have to ring the bell for me to get the notification that they're there. I'll recommend if you have $250 to spend on a door bell.

Works well, with good picture quality. It's just a little too slow connecting when somebody rings the doorbell. by the time it's loaded the connection, the visitor has often left. Plus, the speaker on the doorbell is very weak (I guess understandably, as it's a small item) so it's difficult to get visitors to hear you speaking.

My wife got me this for my birthday, and I installed it right away. Make sure to follow all the steps of the instructions because you cannot skip a step. The video is good, just a bit pixelated for HD, but it is much better than a standard surveillance camera. The replays are great, on the phone and on a regular computer. I am saving up for the stick cam for other locations around the house.

This was actually the third time I bought the Ring because I was having connectivity issues. After making sure I had the right power and strong enough WiFi, it’s been working like a charm! I also signed up for the monthly service so it can save videos up to 60 days which comes out to $30 a year. I think it’s worth it.

I have really enjoyed the security of having this device keeping guard on may entry. The cloud service is reasonable for now at $30/year..I just hope they don't start raising it every year. I am deducting a star because I had to reset it once in the last couple months without a power failure or loss of internet. I am still very happy with it since 6/2016.

This is my first Ring doorbell system and my family loves it. We really like being able to see who is at our door and being able to speak to them without having to be seen by the person at the door. It makes me feel safe when I am home and my husband is at work. It was very easy to install and my husband connected it to the internet easily as well. I would recommend this product to anyone.

The ring doorbell was a great purchase. We have many friends whom have one and they all love it as well. Fairly simply to hook up depending on wether or not your doorbell transformer is 16v - 24v Provides outstanding video display, comprehensive reports within the app and just a great product to have for added security! Highly recommend!

purchased this item so I know who and when someone is at my door by motion sensing and door bell ring. You can talk to them instantly. Great purchase

This is a great camera. Easy to set up picture and very reliable.

This doorbell was pretty easy to install. The hardest part was making sure the correct circuit breaker was turned off. Only took about 20 minutes to install both parts. I did end up ordering the "wedge" accessory from the Ring website to give me a better angle for viewing (instead of video'ing half my house wall, now it faces outward to capture more of the people approaching the door).

I work out of my own basement office. I bought this unit so I could see who was at my door and be able to talk to them without stopping in the middle of work just to run up the stairs. If it's a salesman I'm more likely to be polite this way, and if there's trouble, it will record the entire incident for later use as required. IF you're in my position you really do need one of these.

This is perfect for tracking packages that get left at your door and overall just seeing who comes up to your door. Fantastic addition to our home!

The instructions said it should take 20 minutes to setup. This was my first attempt and I was up and running within 40 minutes, including setting up the app on my phone. It takes a little time to customize sensitivity and monitoring zones so you are not overwhelmed with false alerts, but overall very satisfied with my Ring purchase.

I upgraded from the wireless version of the Ring Doorbell. I will give one caution, be sure to test voltage to your current doorbell and chime. Unfortunately, I did not have enough voltage so I had to return the item. The Ring Doorbell Pro gives you the option of having an immediate and live video stream which the wireless option does not give.

We just installed this three weeks ago before leaving on a trip. While we were gone a package was delivered and I was able to have someone pick it up. I can see who's at my door thousands of miles away. Sometimes I just look to see how things are doing. We plan on getting some security cameras for the back yard but this works great out front. Very wise purchase and on sale too.
