Awesome keyboard, feels nice to type and the feedback is also great. Battery life is amazing with the proximity sensor doing its job saving the battery life. Software on windows is okayish. The one (swarm 2) has good UI but not very well at saving the settings and swarm 1 is okayish. Definitely recommended as a wireless mechanical keyboard.

this key board is so smooth when typing. I love that it allows me to connect more than one device to us and its bluetooth so I can take it with me when I travel and connect it to my legion go. The keys are red switches and the sound is nice and soft. Not super clicky. It doesnt feel cheap like other keyboards but it's still light weight.

Omg this keyboard is so comfortable to use! Ink or the clicky buttons. I can type so well. Feels durable and looks awesome. I have the insurance too. I am in love

I love it. Once I get the app loaded I now have full control of the keys. I work from home & a gamer this it perfect.

I would give this five stars if the keys didn’t have as much of a pitch to them. What I mean by that is each key is slanted down and although it’s perfect when you hit each key perfectly in the middle with your fingers if you’re off to the side a little bit, it’s not the most comfortable. Other than that, it’s a great keyboard. The battery lasts quite a while and is USB-C chargeable.

Love this keyboard. The colors, the sound. I'm also a snacker so I get crumbs everywhere and this keyboard is so easy to clean.

Great wireless gaming keyboard that replaced a mechanical KB where the ASDF switches need to replaced after a couple of years. Hopefully the magnetic switches last longer.

Experienced racial profiling at store 516 in Manchester NH during a return yesterday. It stemmed from a mixed-up delivery by FedEx of my original order to the wrong address. FedEx provided a delivery photo showing they left on at a porch that not my property and did an investigation. But didn't provide update and told me that shipper need to submit a claim with them. BestBuy then sent me a replacement order. I went to this store to return the order yesterday and was told by an associate named Anton that he wouldn’t issue a refund until he received both original and replacement items. Sounds so ridiculous. He said he experienced a lot of customers received both the original and replacement items then returning one. Not sure how that even possible happens for bestbuy to send 2 for an order if they found no wrong in their delivery. Even when i tried to show him fedex's original delivery photo that it was not my house. He disregarded to listen or look at it. He quickly concluded that i was lying and getting both items. One of store leader came over and listened to my story but still sided with her employee's theory. She finally agreed for refund because they can't prove i got both items. Another associate, Hannah, processed the return, but her behavior was unprofessional, throwing the gift card at me without providing a receipt or saying anything. Anton recognized the mistake and corrected her. I proceed to take a photo of them which triggered Anton shouted at a coworker to get me out of store immediately. He said i was done and would have cancelled my other pick-up order. Need the corporate to looking into my experience involved racial profiling and poor customer service.
