Bought this in order to accommodate additional devices as today’s tv’s have limited number of inputs. Typically you’ll have more devices than inputs so this solves that problem. Not sure why they have one of the inputs on the front of unit however?

Perfect machine. Little pricey but well worth it. Easy to install

First off, BB description of this really cool tool is lacking. You can use the remote to change input sources or you can press the number on the front and that will work also. I use this on my Win7 PC and Raspberry Pi 3 (R-Pi) with no issues except for one. When I am using my ROBO 3D printer, also purchased from BB, and switch to the R-Pi during a print job. The USB looses connection and the print stops with no way to restart the print job. The monitor video cables on both the R-Pi and the Windows machine are used only to carry a video signal and not audio or USB on my system. When I switch back to the PC the USB reconnects but it's too late by that point for the print job. Kind of an odd issue that might not be encountered by most people, but something to keep in mind if using on computers with USB devices. Over all, I really like this switch box and will probably just remote into the R-PI from Windows during print jobs.

Great HDMI switch. The positioning of the port on the front seems a little strange but is great for if you need to wire in a device you don't normally have hooked up

I purchased this RocketFish in December as I had to replace my DVD player and with my Firestick and other connections, it was necessary for me to make this purchase. It's great. Just select the option by number and you are automatically connected. Makes it so much easier to move from regular TV to my Firestick to my DVD player.

This is a very good product. It was easy to setup and operate. I am able to easily switch between my Cable box, Apple TV and DVD player. The remote worked well. My only complaint is that the input port for this unit is located in the front instead of the rear. That said, I would still buy this unit again.

Saw this unit and decided to try a cheaper version of this. Well I returned the cheaper version and went with the Rocketfish unit. Hooked it up and had no problems compared to the cheaper model. In addition Best Buy was kind enough to discount the unit.

I only needed a 2 port, but 4 was all they had. However I opted to go with the 4K compatible one now so I didn't have to upgrade when I get a 4K TV. Does what I need it to do, act as a switch so my 5.1 soundbar system can connect my DVR, and my computer with surround sound.

Easy to set up and use. It works well. In receives many HDMI inputs (including one convenient input on the from that you can use for lap top computer or other portable device) so that you can then connect to a TV with too few HDMI inputs.

Easiest to use HDMI switchable outlets I’ve ever used. You get what you pay for. I tired of trying less expensive models offered at other online stores as they were far substandard.

No issues easy to setup it works like a mfin pro. The remote will die on u so keep sum batterys handy

I like the hub and it’s 4K ability but the remote is maddening. Sometimes I have to disconnect the power to the hub for about a minute and then and only then does the hub pick up the signal that I am selecting different ports.

I have a 4K hdr tv wall mounted so to run 4 different devices I needed a switch with 4 inputs with support for hdr. This one does fit the bill and hdr is working good with good quality 4k hdmi cable

The Rocketfish 4 port switch box was very easy to install. It allowed me to use multi HDMI items to just one line. It came with battery & remote. Definitely worth the money.

I initially bought this because my television only has 1 HDMI port that supports 4K HDR. The box says is supports 4K, HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2, etc.. I let it sit for a while before testing because I didn't want to take the time to rewire everything, re-setup my harmony universal remote, IFTT actions and so on.. but last evening I had a spurt of productive attitude so I took about an hour re-routing cables and re-organizing my TV stand to allow this switch to fit. Upon plugging everything in (Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PS4 Pro, Nvidia Shield TV) I noticed one of the inputs was on the front of the box, "weird configuration," I thought to myself, but continued on. So I proceeded to test everything. Nintendo, works. Nvidia, works. Xbox one, works.. let me see if HDR is enabled. Hm, that's odd HDR in the game isn't enabling, let me try the PS4.. No luck. No video, no sounds, got a flicker when turning on the console but then nothing. Tried rebooting everything, same result. Plugged PS4 direct to TV works fine. Tried some tips I found on forums (disable HDCP, YUV only, RGB only) no good. Changed output settings to 1080P, works fine. Sound, video, just fine. I say all that to say that the box says it supports 4K UHD/HDR, but my results say otherwise. Kinda disappointed it took me so long to test and setup because now I can't return it and that it took me about 4 hours of troubleshooting to realize it was the switch and not any of my devices.

I have an older Flat screen that only has 2 HDMI ports using this I was able hook up my game systems and my dvd player using just one HDMI port. This thing is a definite must have if you need a way to hook up more than one system/component into a tv with only 2 HDMI ports.

Great cool system but using the remote is kinda difficult , if you don't have an installer , help you figure out . The remote has a system to change from dvd/Blu-ray to cable to game system and if you don't do it in a sequence it won't work right

This switch is ridiculously easy to use. Just make sure you buy a couple of HDMI cables.

i really love this product its great easy to use and easy to set up

I have an outside tv that this is connected to. Only one hdmi port worked so I got a cheaper switch to use so that we did not have to keep plugging and unplugging. The other unit did not always work so I purchased this. All I can say is wow, great picture quality and very quick and smooth transfer between devices.
