Solved my problem of not having enough hdmi ports now I can just change with the remote

The average HDMI powered, remote controlled switch usually costs about $45-$60. This one costs over $70.00 I didn't want to put a cheap switch on my expensive equipment. The remote control did not work on the 1st unit I bought. I exchanged it for another one. The remote worked when it felt like it. And yes, I placed the remote right next to the unit. I called Rocketfish and they were absolutely no help. They told me that I had a defective unit and I should take it back to the store. Of course it was 18 days after the purchase and Best Buy has a 15 day return policy. After some arguing a supervisor gave me a store credit which I didn't want. I purchased another switch online for 1/2 the price and it works great.

This product is awesome! I have directv, media player and bluray player connected to this. Works perfect! I rated a 4 star because the remote is garbage. Other than the remote, the product is great!

Works pretty well. The only qualm that I have about it is it occasionally tends to change inputs occasionally. Other than that love it.

Adds additional hdmi hookups to older tv's with only one or two sockets. Works great but requires switching manually between one of four outlets. Would be better if all were "hot" and switching not required.

I purchased this item for the simple fact that I needed easier access to the hdmi plugs for my multiple gaming systems since my tv is wall mounted and too heavy to pull off the wall every time I need to check the hdmi connections. Definitely a great buy.

I purchased this because we have a TV that only has two HDMI inputs and we have several video game systems that we were having to manually switch out the HDMI cables to play them. The Rocketfish solved that issue very easily by allowing us to hook up two video game systems, a Blue Ray player and have an extra input for the laptop or tablet. The item works as it should and it very straight forward in operation. The only downside to this particularly unit is that you do have to use the remote control to switch from one input to the other. There isn't a manual switch on the unit. The remote works just fine, but I always like to have the ability to just push a button also (I tend to lose remotes).

This box was so easy to install and works great! It makes it a breeze to switch between watching cable or Netflix, and our DVD player. We love it and wish we had purchased it long ago!

I had bought a new Tv but it only had 2 HDMI inputs and with the purchase of this switch box it made life easier. Love how easily it is to setup and that it comes with a control and has a touchscreen to switch in between.

This switch box is a good value. The only problem is the remote doesn't always work. Must press the button several times to switch the input. I replaced the battery and that didn't seem to help.

When up grading a motor home, I was limited to one existing HDMI cable at the TV. Adding the Rocket Switch, I was able to to connect multiple devices to my television. The switch works flawlessly, switching between Satellite and Blu Ray HD inputs.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do! Setup was easy and simple.

Device works well. All hdmi ports are working. Picture comes in as clear as if plugged in on tv. Haven't used it for game systems yet so might lag a little there since my tv outputs 120fps instead of the 60fps the switch allows. No problems so far.

If you own multiple gaming consoles, this adapter is essential! All consoles can be combined effortlessly without loss of picture quality. Just be sure if you have a 4K TV that you get the 4K adapter.

We had been looking for a product that we didn't have to unplug the cord back and forth when we wanted to switch from TV to DVD. This worked great. There remote sometimes doesn't work the best.

My husband got this for us because we have so many electronics connected to the tv. This has been the best thing he's bought in a long time. If purchased you won't be dissatisfied.

I have a bunch of the newer mini systems and some of the older ones. My tv didnt have enough inputs. This works wonders and worth the buy. Only complaint is they put one of the inputs on the front. Makes it awkward with a wire wrapped around to the front.

simple easy unit. does not work with older DVD player tho.

Works well with all my gaming consoles only issues are that you have to use different controllers to turn on and off and that one of the HDMI outlets is in the front of the box.
