I was told that a paperwhite case would fit so I bought one for $40.. it fit but I couldn't push the buttons on the sides to turn the page. I returned and got this for much cheaper and I'm am very pleased!!!

Very good, basic, inexpensive kindle cover. Kindle fits inside perfectly. Liked that we can "customize" by choosing which colored tag to leave on the fastener since we have more than one in the family and that makes it easy to identify which kindle it is.

It's an adequate case for protecting your kindle. Nothing stands out terribly in either direction. The device fits comfortably well inside the case, and the elastic holds the case securely closed. The only potential problem I can see is how the elastic is secured. It appears to be glued on the back cover between the inner lining and the outer case. This could cause problems over time, as the case is opened and closed repeatedly, putting stress on the binding points of the elastic. However this is merely speculation at this point, as I've only had the case about a month. Time will tell.

For a value case. This works very well. The cover is fabric, so no scratches show up as I pull it in and out of my bag. Very sturdy, and as I haven't yet dropped it. I feel confident it will hold up.

I purchased this product for my 11 year old son and he tends to be tough on all his gadgets. I am extremely comfortable knowing that this product will keep his Kindle working for years to come.

This was a birthday gift for my grand daughter for her new tablet. She was tickled pink especially with the choice of 3 differenet colored elastic bands for closing. She loved it!

Daughters kindle died and the replacement that amazon sent didn't fit the old cover. Found this one on clearance for a fraction of the cost of a new cover. Fits perfect!

This is a very nice cover for my Kindle and it does a good job protecting it from scratches. It has also proved to be very durable.

So I think the summary says it all. This case does the job, but there are better deals out there. Generally I'm not too tough on my electronics- so my review is a bit slanted.

I haven't been reading much over the last few years due to my eyesight. I can set the print to a size I like. I have been enjoying reading again.

I was looking for a cheap priced case that was not cheaply made. This case fit the bill. I am very happy with the quality of this case.

One of the lowest price cases I found, but still great quality. Feels durable, yet still soft and comfortable to hold.

The cover is very well priced and presents excellent value for money. I was using the cover in a sauna for 21 days and had no problems with it.
