There is only one thing I’m not crazy about and that is the tray for the self feeder. It doesn’t snap in or clip in so I have knocked it off a few times. But it is simple to put back on so it is just a small anoince

The loading tray doesn't lock into place so it tends to fall off. other than that the machine itself is great. If you are shredding big amounts of paper this is great. I would recommend this.

Powerful shredder - gets the job done!

After 6 months of use it started taking less sheets of paper at a time (down to 2-3 manual) and jammed more frequently on the automatic feed. I shredded a piece of junk mail and it jammed, I got it out but made a terrible noise and would not work. Sent it to the company and said - shredder has a damage motor due to misuse or abuse. Out the money and have to search for another shredder.
