This microwave is great, I love the fact that it gives me more room from the top of my pots to the bottom of the unit. It is quiet and has more than sufficient power for all tasks.

This is a very nice microwave. We replaced the old larger version. So much more room on the stovetop now. Easy install. The provided templates were spot on. We love it.

Microwave is compacted but with the plenty of space to heat or cook , powerful fan and well crafted (beutiful design )

Bought this to save space on the counter and with it being slim it didn’t eat up a lot of space above the stove like regular size range top microwaves do. I like that I had the option to connect to an external vent to goes out the roof. It may be thin but I don’t plan on cooking anything that’s over 8 inches thick In height. Wife is happy… on install if the cabinet has a lip on the bottoms front, you can’t set the guide on the wall flushed to the underside, you have to add the measurement of the lip from front underside to equation and use a leveler.

Size is great! I wish the fans were little stronger

I needed a short microwave because my cabinet came down farther than new cabinets. After my research I decided on this microwave Home Depot had it Lowes had it and it was $200 more than at Best Buy. There is a small dent in the front but given a few months of use this could’ve happened anyway, I love the new microwave and the man that helped me at Best Buy took the microwave totally out of the box and went above and beyond so that I could see what I was buying. I would go there again for Appliances.

Originally I liked the compact size of this microwave. However after just 2 years it came up with the C-F2 error, which many others complained of, a new control panel would have costed more than the microwave! That is ridiculous for a $400 microwave lasting less than 3 years! I purchased all new Samsung products for my kitchen and now I worry that all the other items will fail prematurely. On top of this when it was working, steam from the stove would constantly “press” buttons on the microwave and having both an OK and START button is not user friendly.

Internal Height Only 7". Door Handle & Button for Exhaust Fan are positioned too close together such that Opening the Door Often activates the Fan in High which takes 3 Selections to Shut Off. Being Provided No Written Operation Instructions is a Big Minus for Seniors who have difficulty navitaging the internet & Keyboards, given less flexible fingers. 1100 Watts is never referenced on Cooking Pkgs, rather always have to Subtract from Pkg Directions to determine Power Level & Cook Time. Cook Time: Don't know what often activates multiples of Cook Time Intended.

I love this micro! I thought it being slim might be an issue but it's not! It is sleek, easy to use & even connects to WiFi & Alexa. I just need to teach it to wash the dishes after!!

This microwave is compact and fits over my stove. That there is a fan and light under the microwave is extremely helpful.

Replaced an old range hood. Fit well, good features, a little on the loud side though.
