Love the extra space above the stove. I also like the 4 speed fan. It has great power and heats things quickly.

Great for creating extra head room above the stove for those really tall pots. The overall space in the microwave is reduced, but has not significantly changed my way of reheating or cooking in the microwave. Overall a good choice for a modern over the stove microwave.

It’s 19.5” deep, which is bigger than a normal one. Didn’t realize that. Control aren’t super easy to use. Honestly it’s been a week and still don’t know how to adjust the power level manually to reheat stuff.

Great product. I would recommend to any buyers. Installation was great, and timeless.

This microwave is good and works well however it came with one of the lights at the bottom blown out. The light does not work but I am in contact with support to see what can be done about it

Very easy to use, heats things up fast and is quiet too, my only gripe is shows fingerprints on the controls when using the microwave otherwise its a beautiful unit

We didn't like it. Most every time I cooked something, the inside door, glass plate, and even my glass dish would be covered in sweat. A lot of wetness everywhere. I was always having to dry the inside off. Never had that problem in my other umpteen microwaves over the years. Also, it was too shallow. There wasn't enough room to grab the rim of a fave dish of mine. What I disliked the most is how it was almost impossible to not touch a button when opening & closing the door! Time & again I'd accidentally push a button; even with my arm! I so disliked that! Some ppl loves it; not me! Glad I returned it. And to top it off, it still didn't give me the clearance I desired from the stove to the microwave!

The microwave works really well. The lighting is all leds and the smarthings app is kinda cool.

Looks great/ works great! Only downfall is that the numbers do not light up for at nighttime.

We bought this in March 2020 before we needed it, since we had a rebate to use up. It then sat in a box and I eventually installed it myself. But then the house where it was installed sat empty until Feb. 2024. So, it was finally first used then. This unit is like a GMC Hummer: wrong in so many dimensions. The button to turn on the hood is right next to the handle to open it. As a result, until you get used to it, you will have to live with the hood coming on every time you use it because you will accidentally turn it on. The fact that it is a wifi appliance is just plain stupid. Who needs wifi access to a microwave... You can upload timing information and turn the light on, but (for obvious reasons) you can't actually turn the unit on. The worst part is that within three months (but after the warrantee was up because of the delay in use) the touch screen stopped working. Following suggestions in the instruction manual did not work. Customer service was horrendous. I started the chat at 12:13pm. After 20 minutes, I was finally given instructions cut and pasted from the generic online suggestions, including "read the instruction manual on how to unlock if it is locked." After 45 minutes I was told that they were going to make me a generous offer. After 55 minutes this tuned out that for $160 more than the unit is at Best Buy we could have it replaced (with Samsung paying for shipping, installation and taxes). After I told them I was going to leave a horrendous review, I finally, at 70 minutes into the chat, ended up chatting with someone who claimed to be a supervisor. They happily started back with "your options are..." Anyway, after 80 minutes I "hung up"... The saddest thing is that I just ordered the Samsung replacement unit from Best Buy. Why would I be so stupid? Because I know it will fit into the brackets, etc. I will stick with another manufacturer in the future. No more Samsung.

Awesome microwave. don't let the slim and compact design give you the impression this is product is anything but an efficient work horse. We love it and it looks great.

This slim design really opens up the space above the oven. If your main use is reheating - this is a great microwave.
