I had to unplug it and reset it. Other than that, sleek looking machine. Loved the guys over at Marlton, NJ Best Buy Outlet! They went above and beyond!

I worked great the first 365 days. A week after the year i received an error on the touch creen of C-F2. The digital display is no longer useful. It is an ornament above my range at thispoint. Luckily i have the total tech and I am waiting to see the actual out of pocket. These mocrowaves are not designed well and from my research, the steam created from cooking can get through the seals and corrodes the internal digital components. Unfortunately its not just a samsung issue. Beware and do your research on the model you buy!!!

Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the clock has run about 45 minutes fast since I purchased it. Have called Samsung to have it fixed and they are sending a repairman out.

This flaw wasn't mentioned by sales staff when I bought it. This is a stupid design flaw in an otherwise acceptable appliance
