I love the size. very nice looking microwave. only thing its hard to figure auto setting

Looks great over my stove, fits in the small area under the cabinets. Works great. Easy to learn (with user's manual). Because it's a low profile -- required for the "short" space above the stove -- you can't put anything tall in it. Something like a deep bowl won't fit. It's a trade-off.

Ordered ONLINE the product and installation + Geek Squad Warranty In Feb. 2023. Product Available and All scheduled for installation. 3rd party Installers showed up, removed old microwave, opened the box and the product had been damaged (exterior damage). Both the purchaser and installer agreed that this microwave should be returned to Best Buy. New replacement microwave ordered and was to be installed March 6th. Microwave installed by Geek Squad reps. but the oven would not start/operate. Displayed a code of issues. Geek squad noted all issues with Best Buy and left house. New Microwave ordered and installed by 3rd party on March 18th. It checked out as being OK and they took prior appliance to Best Buy store 79912. So far, as of this date - March 24, 2023, this unit looks good, works as expected, and my wife and I are pleased with the purchase.

This microwave has WiFi and great power. Love the built in vent that is perfect for my oven located right below this. Buy it !

Looks great, was easy to use Best Buy's service to have them come out and measure our space to make sure it fit. The wifi on the microwave feels a little unnecessary- be warned if you have tech happy family members who can get alerts every time it's in use and text you asking what you're heating up lol.

I like my new microwave. Looks very elegant. Double up as a filter on top the stove, and does it job. I connected it to my wifi as well. Do not really understand why I would like to control it from my iphone, had to turn of messages from it actually, so annoying. Any good device with even some extra useless feature.

Have had nothing but Samsung appliances in my kitchen for years. They've all been great (apart from a dishwasher that failed multiple times... although fixed through warranty) and this microwave is no exception. Simple, sleek, works great.

I’m quite satisfied with my Samsung Microwave. It functions flawlessly, and the most impressive aspect is the user-friendly DIY installation process. Additionally, the convenience of remotely managing the microwave through the Samsung App is a significant plus.

This over the range microwave is awesome. I love the incredibly sleek and beautiful look. The wifi features are cool as well. Overall a wonderful addition to my kitchen.

The first microwave we picked up was damaged when we opened the box at home. Returned to Best Buy and they ordered a replacement. After a week, we were able to pick it up - and opened the box in-store to make sure there was no damage. Installation was fairly straight forward and easy. It does stick out from our cabinets further than our old microwave, but it's profile gives plenty of head-space over the stove. The keypad is extra sensitive, I tend to hit the buttons accidentally when closing the door. Haven't set up the "smart" features yet. Hopefully, it'll perform well for awhile!

This microwave is the perfect size for my kitchen. I really love the settings on this microwave and how easy it is to use.

Bought it for my tiny home that was under development. Its really compact and the integrated extractor is no joke as it displaces enough air to extract the fumes from my wifes cooking.

Decided to ditch the counter top microwave and go with the over the stove,heats things up nice and hot and pops a great bag of popcorn,wasn’t too hard to install either but you need an extra set of hands when it’s time to mount
