Installation went smoothly - about 2 hours after work and I'm not handy. I was hoping that it would operate silently but I don't think microwaves do that. I don't have a great basis for comparison so it gets 4 stars but compared to the one I replaced this thing is a dream. No problems so far. Owned about 2 months.

We got a great deal on this item for our new renovated kitchen, the microwave is great, the instructions sucks.... comes with a template for the wall and top cabinet however it's a bit confusing when it tells you to leave 3/8" space between the wall and template but its actually between the cabinet and the hole for the vent. anyway also it didn't include the wood screw it said it was included, once installed there was a big gap betwen the top cabinet and the microwave, l had to uninstall it and do it again not leaving that 3/8" gap and it worked better, also it has only 1 suporting plate, l noticed other brand microwaves come with 2, with only 1 plate the weight of the microwave its on the cabinets, since l had to cut my cabinet to fit the microwave better on top of the stove l didn't trust them so l had to install couple of L brackets on the bottom of the microwave. and l also had to put a VHB tape on the bracket because when l opened the door on the microwave it was moving because there was a gap between the microave and the plate, anyway l think l had to install it like 4 times to make it fit perfect.. also there's no instructions on how to put the filters on, l have no idea where the charcoal filter goes... the grease ones were pretty ovious but not the charcoal..

Arrived very fast , was disappointed that installation was to cost $85. So had to find someone else to put it in. But design is beautiful, I got the stainless to go over black stove very attractive together. Carousel is set in so you don't have the problem of it sliding off . Has a 30 second button for those times when you have to have just a little more heat. I was surprised to find a Samsung Appliance. Hope it lasts a long time. I have my eye on a Samsung fridge next.

Nice an easy install as it came with templates that were acurate and it wasn't heavy at all. I did need a second person very shortly to get the top screws in. It looks good and works good which is good cause my old one died.

This microwave is incredible. It looks great and works even better. Definitely buy it. It has a lot of cooking features and the display/style looks beautiful in my kitchen. I am being very critical in the next two things I have to say because I am writing a review and I want to be 100% honest, but you should still buy this microwave. 1.) The microwave is VERY powerful, so you will need to get used to some cooking times and potentially lessen them. This isn't necessarily bad, but it's just something to be aware of. 2.) You should still be able to follow the instructions, but the installation manual was poorly translated to English. Here are just 2 examples: A) It said to drill a 5/8 inch hole. This would typically mean that you should drill a hole with a diameter of 5/8 inches, but they meant that the hole should be 5/8 long. B) They used the word "Fourth" when they meant to say "Forth". Again, I know that I am being hypercritical here, but I'm just writing the review honestly. Overall, you should definitely buy this microwave.

I bought the over the range microwave to create more counter space in our kitchen, the high class look of it upgrades our kitchen and makes it look more upscale than it did previously with the counter top one we had, and it does help solve the counter space issue quite nicely. The microwave was not that difficult to install, take your time and double check all the measurements before you drill the holes, i was a little bit nervous but it all worked out and it looks really awesome now that it is done, I highly recommend this microwave it was a great buy especially since it was on sale and was cheaper than anywher else. You will need help installing it! (someone to hold it while you tighten the bolts)

We have used this microwave over the past 3 years with no problems. I found it online and liked it was smaller as intemoved the vent hood under my cabinets, over the over and installed this smaller microwave to the wall. The size let me.meet the code standards for my area to have a minimum distance from my stove top to bottom of microwave

Stainless steel at a low price , $217plus tax . Cheaper than most including white models. This is a replacement of a 13yr old builder special. Fit existing space, easy to install. Should have two people for weight to install. We never use anything but the basic features so this is ideal.

The microwave itself is very nice and seems to work well. The blue digital display looks nice against the stainless steel. I would have given it five stars except the hardware they sent to expand behind the drywall was lightweight and fell apart as I was in the process of installing it. A trip to the hardware store for an upgrade to something a bit stronger did the job. Overall a great microwave for a very good price.

Easy install....powerful. If you are looking for a good basic microwave at an incredible value, this is ideal. Controls are easy to read and shortcut keys perfect.

Nice microwave for the money: good size capacity, turntable, blends my stainless and black appliances, offers some 1 button heat and cook(like higher-end)

I love this microwave! I owned a different brand and contemplated replacing a broken part. After shopping around, I couldnt beat the price and got more value out of replacing the entire unit. I love the Samsung brand, and love it more after installing this unit. Not only is it esthetically pleasing, it is easy to use. The unit was the same size as my previous above range microwave so it fit in the slot perfectly, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was larger on the inside, providing a larger cooking area. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!!

This is a lower end microwave, and it looks and feels like it. Door has a dinky, hollow-y, not well built sound. The light is utterly and entirely worthless. It puts out about as much lights as a cat-toy laser pointer. However, it is powerful. Burns the microwave popcorn two minutes in every. Single. Time. Oh, and the fan has a pitch that makes me want to stab my own ear drums out. Truly, if it hadn't been a *royal* pain to install the stupid thing I would take it out and pay more for a better one.

This microwave was priced great. Looks like a very expensive one but it wasn't, and is very easy to use. But on the down side it burns our popcorn. Every bag of popcorn would burn unless we shut it off early. Can't use the popcorn button or you can't eat it. Other than that we live it.

I've had the microwave for about a month or more, and it's worked out well so far. I replaced a Maytag, and most of the mounting hardware was compatible, so it took very little effort to make the switch. The microwave has worked well so far, and so for the price, I have no complaints! I'm a little worried about the longevity of it though, as the door closing/sealing feels cheap, as do the buttons. I'm wondering if I'll have to replace this in a couple years. But after replacing a GE after it went bad after 1 year of use, and now a Maytag with about 2-3 years worth of use, I'll be pleasantly surprised if this gets me more than that. If not, then I'll be glad I purchased the cheapest one I could find, because I don't think it matters what brand you buy - they'll all break within a few years anyway- so why waste $400 on a "nice" one???

This is great price/performance Microware you can find. Stainless and all features you can find in high end Microwave. Samsung delivery another great product to consumers.

good unit. I should have gotten the larger unit. at 1.6cu in it seems a bit too small for my plates but I didn't realize that until I installed it. Plates are those large square kind. another issue I have is the light. Low is not even worth it and Hi is barely dim. everything else is great. good set of features. seems to cook properly, etc..

was on sale open item for 99.00 couldn't beat it! get the more expensive look for less, nothing seems to be wrong with it!!!
