Replaced old microwave.

It wasn't installed until the spring of '23 and died in Oct. '25. Samsung told me it was out of warranty (which I understood) and sent a tech out to diagnose the problem. Basically, the unit would not regulate how hot it would cook - technician put a cup of water in for 2 min. and burnt his hand pulling it out. They said they would call back with the cost for parts and repair. It needs 5 parts totaling $579 plus $95 for labor and $120 for a "trip" charge. For a $200 microwave... junk. Don't waste your money.

Although the microwave is designed for installation above a cooktop, the handle could not withstand the heat—the connecting piece melted and eventually broke. I do not recommend this product.

Microwave heats everything very well. Thourgh heating with plenty of power. Exhaust fans work well and clear the smoke from cooking
