It's working well. fit into the space I had so I didn't have to do any renovations to. cabinets or wall bracket. inside is a little smaller than the old one.

Died in almost 3 years.
I bought this in the fall of '22 while rehabbing my condo. It wasn't installed until the spring of '23 and died in Oct. '25.
Samsung told me it was out of warranty (which I understood) and sent a tech out to diagnose the problem. Basically, the unit would not regulate how hot it would cook - technician put a cup of water in for 2 min. and burnt his hand pulling it out.
They said they would call back with the cost for parts and repair. It needs 5 parts totaling $579 plus $95 for labor and $120 for a "trip" charge. For a $200 microwave... junk. Don't waste your money.

The product quality is disappointing. The door handle broke after about one year of use. Although the microwave is designed for installation above a cooktop, the handle could not withstand the heat—the connecting piece melted and eventually broke. I do not recommend this product.

After review, physical components such as handles are considered wear-related parts and are not covered beyond the standard warranty period. As the unit is more than one year old, replacement of the handle would be the available option at this time.

Just what I needed!I’ve had Samsung before and it’s usually fine, the fist one came damaged on shipping so Best Buy got me another one.

Wish there was backlight to see and use keypad at night.. Have to turn on kitchen light. Stop button invisible.. Now have flashlight on counter... Really?

One odd part thought, the lights under the range are not led so they get hot, weird oversight

The team installed the microwave did not know how to install the dish washer and remove the old one

Installed it myself, very easy with clear instructions. Microwave heats everything very well. Thourgh heating with plenty of power. Exhaust fans work well and clear the smoke from cooking
