Geeat so far. No complanlints. Doing what microwaves do. Just heating stuff up and telling me the time. Fan seems to work very well too. Overall pretty happy.

This is a late review, good microwave but handle broke away at the bottom part and no way to reattach because its broken from the door. Samsung should reinforce the handle because most people tend to pull from the lower part of the handle when constantly opening the door.
I surely know how frustrating it is when the appliances aren't up to our standards. Allow us to extend our assistance.

After having microwave for a couple of months the handle came lose from bottom and will not stay in place. All my appliances are Samsung and very disappointed with this one.

Got it during the year end appliance sale at Best Buy for less than the lower end models. It does what it was bought for and fits perfectly in the over the range spot.

This review is not so mo much about the product but the installation service that never happened. We paid for the service and got canceled twice extremly frustrating since both days I had to take off work to be at my home for the installation. Ended up cancelling the service for a refund but it has been over 30 days and the microwave never got installed. Zero stars should be the option for the installation team extremly unprofessional and unreliable. Will never buy anything from best buy again!

Does the job. Exhaust relatively quiet and is effective in clearing cooktop fumes. The only downside is that the turntable is smaller than in most similar sized microwaves so keep that in mind.
