Everything seems to be kind of OK except for the keypad which is very hard to press to get it to work. You have to press really hard on the keypad. Another thing is you have hot dog popcorn etc. at the top and big buttons however I think that the numbers should be at the top that's just my thing though. Once again it really bugs me that you have to press so hard on the keypad. There are other reviews mentioning this and I don't think I would buy it again just on that alone.

I bought this microwave and very unhappy and not satisfied, poor material quality on handle, has been replaced 2 times within 5 months. It brakes due to heat from stove. Now the microwave has no warranty and I'm force to buy another. This time I will get another GE, has better quality.

Bought a kitchen 4 piece set and a washer and dryer had two items was damaged amd took a month to get them and i still have to wait another week to get thenother two items.will never order again

The microwave was working great up until about a month ago and we started getting -SE- errors. Followed the instructions multiple times and now it’s not working at all. So frustrating when we’ve only had this microwave for 1.5 years.
