This product needs a little help. I have had to have repairs performed on it twice in less than a year. Finally, the unit had to be replaced. BestBuy was very quick to replace and install a new microwave.

Its weird,this is my second microwave same model that has died. Is it overheating? It seems as if cooking on stovetop and using exhaust fan too long kills the microwave. I have a dedicated breaker so it cant be a power issue.

This is the second Samsung microwave I purchased. The handle fell off the first one shortly outside the one year warranty period. I repurchased a new one as it was cheaper than the repair and it matched my dishwasher and refrigerator handles/Samsung products. Unfortunately, the handle on the new microwave cracked at the bottom as now appears that it will fall off. While Samsung is going to repair it, I question how well their microwave is designed and manufactured. We have two adults in our house and no one pull down on the handle.
