Just bought and had it installed. It's been tripping our breaker when trying to use it.
On the phone right now with Best Buy to see what options I have. Looks like they're going to setup a repair/service call for it.
Will update post and rating to reflect the resolution/customer service.

It does what I expected to a mw to do, job just fine, overall. But didn't like the buttons that look like touch, but actually you have to press them hard to work.

I purchased an open box microwave listed in excellent condition. The box was sealed like new and included the microwave and most parts—except for the screw kit needed to mount it. Clearly, someone overlooked this during the return inspection before reselling it. Unfortunately, Best Buy didn’t offer any resolution, so I had to track down and buy similar screws myself just to install it. Pretty frustrating experience. I won’t be buying from Best Buy again.

Heats food up very well and easy to clean too. And it looks good in my kitchen

Samsung drop the ball on this one, the 1st one I bought caught fire because the plastic piece that they have in the center apparently has metal in it so they replaced it with this one and the handle broke within a week of delivery. Not cool
