Good looking unit came in with a dent and the door is off canter and if it doesn’t close right it just starts running.

This was a replacement. The same truck that delivers the new appliance also picks up the old one, which can result in unwanted guests (pests) being brought in. I’ve lived in this house for three years, and after the delivery, pests started appearing from the microwave box. I strongly recommend picking up the replacement at the store instead.

A poor quality appliance for a big company

The light of the microwave stopped working within a few weeks.
The fan has only one setting compared to other microwaves that have settings for high and low.
Things that are done in 1 minute in ALL other microwaves can't be done in this microwave.

I love it because it's a Samsung, but I have found the buttons hard to push to make it work. I have to mash the buttons several times before it will cut on. other than that it seems to work great.

Don’t buy handle breaks off within a couple months. It is cheaply made, especially over the stove. If you’re cooking items, the steam does something to the handle and eventually breaks.
