Microwave buttons don’t light up. Must turn on kitchen light to see keys. Microwave does not properly pop popcorn. Must place on 4 minutes rather than use popcorn button.

I like the look and some of the features. My 2 disappointment are connecting to my WiFi and the keypad does not light up which it difficult to see in low light.

I like Samsung products. This microwave looks good and works well. It was not as expensive as some of the others but it truly does the job and has a few functions.

Very disappointing. Worked for 10 months then it wouldn't power up. Called Samsung who sent a tech. I had to pull it off the wall so they could diagnose. Replaced a board and reinstalled it. Worked for a month and then it stopped heating anything. Called Samsung and they said they would cover parts, but not labor even though there was a month or warranty left. Pulled it off the wall and put it in the trash.
We are glad to know that the parts are covered by the warranty, Spondie.
When a microwave isn't starting or heating, the most common reason is that it is in Demo mode. The microwave also won't heat if it does not have enough clearance or ventilation. If the microwave turns on but does not heat, checking a few settings and the installation will help resolve the issue.

Lasted just over 2 years. Recently the digital display just stopped working then it would partially work on and off. Then finally it started making sparking noises. They really dont make things the way they used to. I would not recommend something that only lasts 2 years.

When even the smallest amount of weight is placed on the turntable, the turntable has trouble rotating smoothly. It jumps enough to spill the liquid in a cup. The vents blow up onto the cabinet. There is no access to change the carbon filter, instructions refer to the vents blowing forward. This microwave does not have express cook.

Waited 3 hours for install. Then they called to cancel appointment bc their vehicle broke down. Reschedule for another week out? Won't find out till the day before what time the appointment is? I really used to like best buy and I'm a member... Not sure about renewal. Will update if I ever do get the microwave installed.

Microwave Delivery.

This was a MESS! Constant changes with the delivery. Constantly being told they would contact me with a new delivery date and never heard from anyone until over 2 weeks later. No one wanted to take responsibility for it except for the original installer, Chad, who ended up eventually installing it correctly and caring about my horrible experience.

Making a grinding noise & not heating after a couple weeks! Samsung service is coming Monday the 25th. If they cannot repair, I’ll need a replacement.

First of all, avoid buying from here. There is only 15-day return back warranty. My microvawe is not working and I contacted them they said that you should contact to Samsung direcly because 15-day is passed.
