Firstly when i first used my microwave to warm up my coffee for 30 seconds, as its first use my glass plate broke. Secondly even tho its not apparent to someone who doesn’t know microwave mounting, i can’t get the microwave to sit on the mount and onto the cabinet straight. It still is leaning forward a bit. Very irritating, especially for a perfectionist.

The dark inside is great as well for not showing splatters as much. I like the extra warming functions along with nice over the range lighting. The biggest negatives are its not smudge-proof and will show fingerprints. Also, ours in particular is loud. Could just be mine. But that along with not looking clean long makes me think its closer to 3 starts than 4.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your new Microwave. Please check the power supply to ensure the ME18H704SFS is plugged into a grounded, 3-prong 120V/60 Hz on a dedicated, 20-amp circuit. An insufficient power supply could prevent the Microwave from heating food effectively or powering on at all. If this is not the issue, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help to arrange service if necessary.

This one cooks and reheats very unevenly and nowhere near the amount of time suggested on microwavable food directions. I tried many foods and still same problem.
