Great microwave - heats the food fast and looks great

I've had this for about a month now. So far everything works. As others have said the buttons require a press off 1 or2 seconds. The keypad is a little difficult to read. The light is nice and bright, which is the main reason I choose this model.

I have used samsung products before and so far all of them have been working well. The microwave was on sale on black friday, it has a convenient push button on the bottom and easy to use. Heats up food well. Installation was easy. Overall good buy.

Had this microwave for over a year now. No functionality problems. The controls are hard for me to get used to. The printing on the stainless steel face is small, and difficult to read. Being spread across the entire face of the unit means you have to visually search left to right to find the different functions. Not as easy as the typical number pad setup of most, but does allow for more cooking space, that I rarely need. Stainless steel finish is very nice, easy to clean. Overall good unit, with minor design flaws.

We have loved this microwave. It is sleek, HUGE, and easy to use. It runs very quietly compared to others we have used. The ceramic interior is easy to clean. The settings are convenient, although I wish it had a +1 minute button along with it's +30 sec. button. I really like the triple fan setting and the LED light.

The exhaust fan doesn't really pull that much steam or smoke from the cooktop. The microwave is very nice looking with my other Samsung appliances. Microwave cooking does a nice job. Only complaint is exhaust fan performance and the noise of the fan.

Originally I had ordered the chef collection congestion however I don't like knobs. They feel so 80's so I returned for this sleek model which suites almost perfect. A gap of 1 inch is bothering me at the bottoms of the cabinets above the stove cabinets on each side.

Matched perfectly to all of the kitchen stainless appliances. Many new features I wasn't used to but quickly learned to utilize all the features.

This microwave looks great and functions as I would expect a microwave to function. The touch buttons require a little more effort to push than ideal.

My wife thinks the buttons on the front look cheap. I whish it had an express option, if you hit a 2 it cooks for 2 min. Overall it works great.

I really like the look! It works well. The light is bright and illuminates the range. It is a little loud.

Great looking microwave. Worked great but the control panel was difficult to read due to reflections and its position on the bottom of the door. Ended up purchasing Samsung ME18H704 stainless. More basic model but works well for us.

Works as it should. MY only complaints is when it first starts it makes a loud buzzing noise, then runs quietly. Its just that initial buzzing noise is what bugs me. Its hard to say if its normal. I will probably call Samsung on that soon. The other I wish the panel where all the buttons are was somewhat lit at night since its hard to see where the buttons are at night. Other than that, its a fine product.

Works great. Eat to install on your own. Sticks out a little further on standard sized cabinets because the microwave is huge inside. Line the rack for 2 level cooking. Love the lighting options and intense fan. Very nice on the eyes

This microwave so far seems better than Samsung's earlier models. The vent hood doesn't seem to tamper with the control screen . Hopefully this microwave will last longer than our last one, which broke only after couple years. Not the kind of quality we expect from Samsung. We found out later other people had trouble with the same microwave. Hope Samsung learned from previous errors. We also got a fair deal on our new microwave, so seems like a good value for the product.

so far so good. we are enjoying it. 1st one came damaged, as if it was dropped at the manufacturer, boxed, and shipped that way. Was very disappointed about that. The local best buy manager was understanding and ordered a replacement right away---I wish I could say the same about the customer support I received through their 1 800 #.

Great microwave, only things I've run into that I didn't care for was the rack for the convention oven is so low it's hard to warm a tall cup or bag of popcorn without removing the rack. There should be another shelf inside the top of the microwave for storage so u don't have to take it in and out! And if your using the microwave the fan will only function on the lowest of four speeds. So don't defrost something & boil pasta at the same time.
