Fine addition to slate of Samsung products. Very easy to use with many options that were not available on our old model. Stainless steel finish matches great with Samsung refrigerator, oven & dishwasher.

We have a whole new set of Samasung appliances. This microwave works great, and is an eye catcher. Popcorn option doesn’t come close to burning the popcorn. That’s a win!

Very impressed with this microwave!! I purchased one for my vacation home and my wife told me to go get another for our home. So we have two now and they work great and easy to install.

The microwave looks nice and works well. Best Buy Geek Squad did a terrific job on installation. I cannot begin to explain how professional and thorough the installation process was and how efficiently it was completed. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I also bought a dish washer from Best Buy. I truly believe Best Buy is the #1 place for large appliances. The company has made a true turn around and have won my loyalty.

Has very limited instructions on use of special features included. Manual is online and not handy for reference. Seems to do a good job, have not had the opportunity to use all features yet.

We upgraded our kitchen and replaced an older whirlpool unit. This sucker heats up food so much more efficiently than our last microwave. Just 1 min. cook time and the food is piping hot! Almost like we nuked it for 5 min in our older unit. Also, the space inside this Samsung microwave is fantastic! The cubic footage is large enough to hold a big mixing bowl (to melt baking ingredients) and a medium pizza!! Overall, FANTASTIC product! Love it! BTW, the LED underlighting is awesome too. We love that the bulbs are daylight bulbs rather than the ugly yellow hue. It definitely gives an HD lighting appearance to our food as it cooks =) The Air vent also sucks up and pushes out a ton of air. A little loud on the high side, but on low settings it's an unnoticeable hum.

Great for big family and we use often with 7 total family members, have not discovered how to use all the options possible but will get there, I really appreciate the ECO mode to stop wasting energy and it is really spacious and classy looking in black stainless steel. Works great senses when food is done and has a powerful blower fan since I don't have a hood system in my kitchen and this does the job:)

We really like this microwave. The settings to reheat stuff and thaw out are from the future. Just a very nice working and looking product from Samsung. Very Nice!

I really like that there are new options for using this rather than your typical buttons. It's still easy to understand and I like the controls on the bottom.

This microwave is a huge upgrade from our last one in performance, but not in price. The price was fair and the microwave is great. You don't normally have high expectations for a microwave, you want it to look good and work well. Well, I love this thing! It's easy to use, all the information you could every want is on the inside of the door and it looks great.

Love it. Easy to use and heats the food fast. The color is awesome.

Installation was easy, just needed help to lift into place. Really like the keypad and available functions. large cook area for overall size of the unit.

All in all its a good microwave. I mean, lets face it, microwave isn't exactly new technology, so all that manufacturers can reall do is spice up the outward appearance and add a few new buttons here and there to them. I do like that this model has the buttons on the botton--again, mainly because it looks different than the typical on-the-right side buttons we are all used to on micro's. Otherwise it performs as it should. the door itself, however, can be jiggled up and down a bit more than I'd like, so its the hope that it stays on for years to come since we've only had it about a month.

Incredible modern look to the microwave and it works well. Geek Squad did an amazing job with installation. Never had a problem with the machine. Truly a great purchase. I have other large appliances from Lg but would gladly covert over to samsung. For laundry room I will only go samsung because of this experience. Also, I will only purchase at Best Buy.

Samsung delivered on this microwave. Not only is it huge, it is simple to operate & has tons of 1 button cooking features. Highly recommend.
