||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to say that I really was excited to get this microwave until it started glitching and resetting randomly to allow at first 7 seconds then 77, then 777 and most recently the cook time would randomly set as 77:77. It is the craziest thing. I have to remind those in my house to watch the cook time as it randomly resets. I would just assume not have to deal with something like this.

Difficult to Operate

exterior, please wipe the moisture from the exterior and try to push the buttons again. Also here's the user's manual (https://bit.ly/2LKZgPr) for you to know better how the unit works. ^Gaby
