    I bought the microwave because i like the modern look after 1 year of use microwave started to turn off or to stop when i was using it or it will start by itself, i try contact samsung did the troubleshooting didn’t work and they want to charge me to send a technician go with another brand beautiful appliances but terrible service when it comes to repairs

    The first microwave lasted a bit over a year. It was replaced with our Totaltech warranty. The replacement lasted 3 weeks before it went out. We have a $3,000 Samsung fridge that we had a similar experience with. We will not be buying Samsung products anymore, as it looks like they just aren’t built to last.
