I have reached out to samsung to get it looked at, and 3 techs explained to me that the magnetron which is under warranty for 10 years, was faulty. Due to it being faulty it burned 2 spots in the painted coating not allowing it to heat the food. I was lucky enought to have time to wat h the tech and he did a great job explaining. Fast forward to now when i try to get samsung to apply the warranty they say sorry we can't. Your microwave is broken because of the burn marks inside. Seems as though if you back the magnetron with a warranty you would cover all the stuff it breaks on the way out.

Still learning how to use it. There is a list of power levels for different types of food to cook inside the microwave behind the door. Learning new tricks.

It’s a bit noisy on start up with a bit of an annoying clicking sound. When I got the product there was a minor plastic ‘key’ part on the filter frame which locks into the rear latch that was broken, and from an engineering POV it should be better made as it does look easily breakable. Nevertheless Samsung sent out a guy and a new part and it was fixed in less than ten minutes. I love the look of this piece and the hidden handle. The extrator is fierce and the lights are bright. Overall a good bet, but we shall see how long it lasts. Our last one was 16 years so this has stiff competition!
