    This replaced a prior Samsung microwave which worked well for 10 years until it didn’t. This replacement microwave has been a bit of a disappointment in that all the presets doesn’t heat food evenly leaving foods cold in the center. Thus requiring manually adding additional time to make sure your meal is heated all the way through.

    This microwave should be recalled. Do a google sear h and you’ll find the controls are defective. Fan turns on high for no reason. Constantly beeps with random numbers. DO NOT BUY this junk. That goes for all Samsung appliances.

    Stopped heating within first 90 days of use. Samsung came out to repair, no issues with their work and no issues with item since service.

    This is a very nice microwave and it matches the range we bought. This is handleless which makes it a lot easier to clean the front of the unit

    Beware of Warranty from Manufacturer when buying

    Buyer Beware. Samsung doesn't stand by product under their 1 year warranty. You can only get store credit at Best Buy! First micro needed to be serviced 3 times. The 3rd time. (now under Geek Squad protection) Best Buy replaced it. Replacement is faulty after 10 months. Under Samsung Warranty for the first 12 months. Now I am told no one can service it. They wont replace it. Only can get store credit which is so much lower than the replacement price. OVER 8 HRS ON HOLD OR TALKING TO BOTH BEST BUY AND SAMSUNG PUSHING BLAME ON EACH OTHER. Never again. Terrible experience. Now what do I do with custom cabinets and Samsung appliances with no replacement.

    Had this for less than 2 years. It stopped heating. Samsung repaired it 2 times and it stopped working again. I would stay away from Samsung appliances. They are not well crafted for long term durability.

    I have had the worst experience of my life with the delivery company, first they give an all-day delivery window, then they arrive and leave so quickly. and when they return the delivery man has the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! attitude that I have seen in my life because his company made him return, among many rude words he told me that he does not work for bestbuy and that the delivery window is my problem with the company (for which he works), I think this country is Of all, the nationality does not matter, but this person should return to his town where it seems that it is correct to confront the client.

    Microwave came out of box with dent in side, box intact without holes. Get arcing sound every time start button is depressed. Dent straighten in order to install

    There is a manufacturer defect in the door hinge. First one was replaced Ed and the second one had the same issue. Now I have to look at other microwaves to replace. Very disappointed since I bought the whole kitchen package so everything matches. Tried Togo to the Samsung website to contact and now I have to call customer service.

    This was over stove micro. It has a fan that is supposed to pull /exhaust steam from cooktop. Does not do that well. Micro is fine though.

    looks great but includes a major flaw in the button design! The buttons randomly press themselves. I'm not kidding. About every 5 - 10 minutes the unit will beep as it falsely senses a button being pressed, usually going into the menu, turning on the light, or most annoyingly, starting the vent fan at full blast at an inconvenient time such as 3 AM! I have cleaned the screen dozens of times but it doesn't make a difference, they still sense an input even when no one has touched them. I hate this product.

    Loud expensive microwave

    This microwave is SO loud and very large. I wish I would have known to look for a less bulky option! The button sensors don’t recognize touch very well. I often find myself pressing the same button 3-5 times to get it to work.

    The equipment is very good but I had a very bad experience because it arrived with a small damage and when I made the claim, best buy did not have a solution available for me since the equipment was financed with the progressive company and this company could not do anything to help me because the equipment was a best buy so I spent 1 month and in the end they never responded for the damage

    Crapped out after a month.

    We bought this microwave on July 30th....taking into account shipping and everything, this microwave has been installed and used in our house for less than 2 full months. It was great. Two days ago it stopped heating...every button works and it runs, but no longer heats food. Upon requesting service for it I find out the manufacturer's warranty expired June 30. So, taking into account that this brand new microwave worked for a month before crapping out and Samsung only will repair for the first month of usage...this microwave deserves the 1 star it's earned.

    How long should a microwave work?

    Bought this microwave February of last year. It never really heated food all that well. Certainly substandard for a $400 microwave. Yesterday, it began making a grinding noise and then gave off a very strong odor of burning plastic (I was heating a glass container of soup). I unplugged it and then the following morning attempted to heat a cup (glass) of coffee. No weird noise but the microwave is no longer heating. If you're in the market for a microwave, do research across multiple websites and when reading reviews, take note on how long the reviewer has had the product. Notice here that most of the positive reviews are less than six months old. I will try to call Samsung when they open in an hour. I will update this review. It's rather a shame as the microwave looks great and matches the other $5000+ of Samsung products we have in the kitchen.
