    We bought this microwave on July 30th....taking into account shipping and everything, this microwave has been installed and used in our house for less than 2 full months. It was great. Two days ago it stopped heating...every button works and it runs, but no longer heats food. Upon requesting service for it I find out the manufacturer's warranty expired June 30. So, taking into account that this brand new microwave worked for a month before crapping out and Samsung only will repair for the first month of usage...this microwave deserves the 1 star it's earned.

    The equipment is very good but I had a very bad experience because it arrived with a small damage and when I made the claim, best buy did not have a solution available for me since the equipment was financed with the progressive company and this company could not do anything to help me because the equipment was a best buy so I spent 1 month and in the end they never responded for the damage

    wrong manuals/defective grease filter

    The user and installation manuals were for wrong model. I have a service technician coming out next week because the grease filter keeps falling out into the food on the cooktop. Many a dinner has been ruined not to mention the hassle of cleanup. Hope they can fix the problem.

    When closing door horrible squeaking noise. 10 years old one had no squeaking noise at all. Don't waste your money for this junk.

    CHEAP MICROWAVE-DONT BUY THIS JUNK

    We purchased this microwave in July 2020. We have not used the microwave and noticed the other day that the letters that say SAMSUNG are missing. I am not sure if the letters or glue that is holding them cannot stand the heat from the stove but they are gone. Called Samsung and referred me to a local dealer but the dealer called me to say that they will charge me because unless the mircrowave is NOT WORKING Samsung will not cover anything cosmetic. So dont spend thousands on Samsung because they are junk!!!! If the stickers dont even stay on a month of having them, I can only imagine in 6months what they will end up being like. This is ridicious and very poorly made. Very UNSATTISFIED CUSTOMER!!

    2nd Samsung microwave we bought . After only 2 years this one faulty as well . Different features come on without even touching it .Don’t recommend this brand . Looks pretty that’s about it

    I can see why this thing only has a 1 year warranty. It had multiple parts fail before it was even 2 years old. It's especially a pain in the neck because it's an over-the-range so it's a hassle to remove it even.

    Purchased this item August 2022. Microwave went out today after normal use, once or twice a day. We can smell the wires burning and it starts to smoke. We were planning on changing all appliances to Samsung but that’s definitely not going to happen!

    The microwave display mysteriously shows a :07 time remaining on the display. This happens almost daily. Foolishly, my wife and I chose to live with the malfunction and the microwave is now out of warranty. At Samsung's suggestion, we tried to re-set the unit by unplugging it. That didn't help. Samsung customer service was unable to provide any satisfaction despite the fact that over the last two years we have purchased a full suite of Samsung kitchen appliances as well as a large Samsung flat screen TV. This will likely be the last time that I purchase any Samsung products.
