We love this microwave! I really like the “hidden” handle and easy to press buttons. It’s also pretty quiet!

I love not having the actual buttons. The design is very cool. It took a bit to get used to not having to push hard on the "button" sensors, but we have gotten used to the light touch sensing. Has plenty of power to heat things up quickly. Easy to clean. All we need is the stove and dishwasher to complete the collection. We already have the refrigerator which we love!!

This unit replaced a microwave that conked out on us. We installed the unit ourselves and it was easy to do. This new unit has many more features than our previous one and we love the fact the control buttons run across the bottom of the unit making everything much easier to use. We would definitely recommend this unit.

This is a good microwave. It is not as powerful as our old Whirlpool range, which was 7 years old. But we don't microwave that much. We purchased it to visually complement a Samsung induction range that we also purchased. But it works, which is all we care about. The design looks very modern with the buttons being digital on the outside of the oven. In short, it's fine.

The only thing I can possibly think that I was not thrilled with is the sturdiness of the top bolting brace. It feels a bit too flimsy but it does the job. The microwave itself is beautiful and works great with enough options for anyone yet still simple to use for a quick heat up.

It's been 4 months since install and I really love this microwave. It has alot of cooking options, is super quite and the no handle design looks awesome in my new kitchen. Would definitely buy it again.

Great look; easy to use; nice large space; easy to install

Have owned the unit for about a month. To us, it is five star appearance wise. Nice clean looking control panel easy to open door. Our reservation at the moment is the noise it makes when in operation. Much louder then other microwaves we have owned. Also, what should be an easy function like setting the clock is a bit more troublesome than other machines that actually have a clock/time button.

I love this unit! Its is quiet while running and has alot of features! Cooks great! Color is beautiful and easy to keep clean.

This microwave is larger than my last. I love it. It has settings on the front that automatically sense such good as pizza, etc. it gives nice light on my range... high and low. I love love love the settings along the bottom rather on the side. And i would highly recommend this microwave. I love it

I love the design and the ease of using it. Inside is big and love the dark color inside which doesn’t allow for you to see the stains that occurs over time. My only wish is that it would be truly smudge free. Have to wipe off the fingerprints after every use.

Love the sleek look and does not leave fingerprints due to way opens. Also wife says it's much easier to clean due to no handle.

Nice and big, heats thoroughly. Love the optional rack inside. Easy to install.

Even though we had to replace it 3 times in 4months, it’s a great microwave we love the look and the features of it.

Love my new Samsung microwave oven! One of my friends was so impressed, she wants to get one. It's easy to use and cooks/warms up foods well. The only thing I miss was the free installation and old appliance haul off that used to be included with my Total Tech Support membership. Paying for installation and haul off cost me an additional $171.98 plus the price of my microwave oven, almost half the actual price of my microwave oven!

This microwave is replacing a top-of-the-line GE profile microwave that died after 12 years. So...I may have high expectations. First of all - it's a great looking microwave with large capacity and quick cook instructions inside the door. The latter actually swung us this way over a comparable GE model that didn't have them, and we really appreciate that because you're not going to go looking for a manual to reheat something. It does its job, but we have noticed that some things that the GE cooked throughout have cold centers with this microwave. Adding more time helps, but some frozen foods just don't cook thoroughly no matter what we try. Also, this is NOT fingerprint resistant. Maybe it's better than most, but not resistant so keep that in mind. And third, ours arrived scratched and we had to have it replaced so give it a good lookover before you install it.

This is my 2nd one. 1st one died 11 months in and it was a fight with Samsung. Best Buy was great with help. This microwave is very modern, very large inside and has a lot of features. I did purchase the extra warranty in the event something goes wrong. I would recommend this unit
