    Having issues with push buttons have to press multiple times before it captures settings vented fan lacks sucking power.

    Too many issues for a high end microwave

    The clock does not keep time. Geek squad was out 3 times with 2 different replacement boards and ended up with more issues after the repairs as not the popcorn gets burned when on the popcorn setting. Also the door swings close but the unit is level. If this microwave was a entry level then no big deal but this being a upper end unit results in the 1*

    Not working after a month!

    Extremely disappointed! It’s been a month since I started using this microwave and it’s already not heating! Calling Samsung and I sure hope they make this right. Otherwise $500 down the drain!

      When a microwave isn't starting or heating, the most common reason is that it is in Demo mode.

      You can check the steps to turn off demo mode on the model's user manual link on page 12. You can also check the troubleshooting guide if the oven does not heat on page 34.

    I am very disappointed I ordered this 6 weeks ago And set up a delivery for a Monday that’s my day off to get a email saying days before they needed to reschedule due to weather. A storm that was 2 days before my installation. Oh yeah they don’t install Mondays? So then you lied due to weather? Now I have to pick it up and install it myself. No one really cared

    DEFECTIVE Product - Should be recalled

    The microwave will input 7 on its own and wait for a response. This can happen several times a day. We have been waiting for over a month for a repair. This is a known defect, just search 'samsung microwave 7 seconds'. We now unplug this unit when not in use. A real pain. Very disappointed in Samsung. Too bad a new microwave is destined for the garbage.

    This is my second one of these microwaves, the first one died after 22 months. I didn't buy the service plan and Samsung told me that I was SOL. I only bought a second one because I knew it would fit in my cabinets and match my other appliances....this one showed up dented.

    Great product. But the touch buttons went out about 14 months after purchase. Of course the warranty from Samsung is only 12 months. Samsung told me this is abvery unusual issue to have happen. So now im stuck with a 500 dollar mocrowave that i cant afford to fix or replace. Buyer beware.

    I returned this one after hearing all the bad reviews and purchased the Samsung convection over the range microwave oven. It is an all in one that works great and is really professional looking.

    First one was dead on arrival, second one was busted in the box, and third one was back ordered for a month. So far... it's been working fine but I have 0 faith in it lasting too much longer.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND. Touch panel does not work consistently. We've had the issue since the microwave was brand new. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to press buttons that don't register the input for no reason. You have to try different fingers (my hands are clean) and press in random places to finally get panel to register the touches. Samsung support does not help.

    Our last over the range didn't have 10% of the power this does. Keeps cooking smell and smoke down by a lot.

    Worst microwave ever. Replaced a new one in one month becaause it stopped working and then the replaced one stopped heating anything after 2 months. What a junk. Glad best buy is helping me ..but word of advise..never ever buy Samsung..so disappear..they should just stick to making phones

    I been have noting but trouble since this microwave was installed. Not sure if it’s the microwave itself or the installation but every time you warm up multiple plates the microwave just cut off.
