Broke down on day 12

For 12 days it worked great. THEN, on day 12, it totally lost power and never turned on again. We are now waiting 2 weeks just to have someone look at it.

Died on installation.

But bought this loaded micro and the unit died when the Geek Squad tested it. It's been a month and still no replacement. Hopefully soon. I may add the installation was performed poorly, not level. My first problem with Best Buy. I may give them another chance.

Do not buy Samsung

The microwave circuit board went just after a year. The bar on the dishwasher broke off....yes just after a year and always smells awful. The fridge ice maker freezes up constantly

Expensive , overpriced TIN CAN!

The touch display is not lit so you have to turn lights on in the kitchen just to see the Black on Black writing. Worst and my last investment in Samsung products.

Subpar quality for an expensive microwave

Flimsy metal on the outside. Looked like it was dropped from a roof but the box was in perfect shape. Thank goodness it didn’t start a fire.
