    This is a very modern microwave that looks great in the kitchen, especially with other Samsung appliances and matches well above a Samsung slide in range. The first thing we had to get used to was that there isn’t a traditional handle and the whole front opens. It’s weird because its different, but easy to get used to and I like how its minimalistic yet has a lot of different buttons for different modes. The top complaint I have is there isn’t one button that can be pressed to turn it on. In older microwaves I have had the ability to press 1 or 2 for 1 or 2 minutes and not needed to press start. With this one it does have a 30 seconds feature which is good for quick reheats. As far as microwaves go, this one has many features and modes to cook anything and is programmable based on the food you want to cook. I do wish that this had smart features as we have a SmartThings enabled range and fridge. It would be nice to see this in our SmartThings kitchen too but I suppose its something I wouldn’t use that much. I can get There is also a rack if you need to heat a lot of food at once, but I like the spinning plate to help the food be heated evenly. The capacity is huge and I cant imagine needing to heat something that wouldn’t fit. I typically use the microwave for reheating unless something can be cooked in the microwave from frozen, such as vegetables. I am happy with this purchase and will continue to recommend Samsung home appliances in the future.

    We were pleased with this purchase until the sensor failed within 18 months. We were sold on it because of the melt features and now we can’t use any of the features without getting a C-10 error code. Very disappointed! Our previous GE brand lasted 20 years with no issues.

    STOPPED WARMING UP .. FOUND OUT ONLINE THAT IS VERY COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS PRODUCT TO DO THAT AFTER A YEAR WHEN THE GUARANTEE IS ALREADY EXPIRED,, IF THERE ARE SO MANY CASES OF THIS PRODUCT HAVING SAME PROBLEM, WHY SAMSUNG HAVEN'T FIX THE ISSUE?

    Stopped working before two years. I took this junk to repair place and I paid $75.00 just to check the problem and they asked me $175.00 to fix the problem and I took it back home and left this junk for Garbage truck.

    This replaced a 17 year old microwave that was peeling. I love it is handless. It’s spacious inside and is much quieter than the old one.

    The opening door is a little too big. We have a smaller kitchen and I didn't realize it would be such an inconvenience. But a bigger door isn't necessary. That's the only feature I don't like. But everything else works great

    Love this microwave, large casserole reheated in less than 10. minutes. Cleans like a dream even the front glass cleans with just a little wipe. The front is so attractive it's like a mirror in my kitchen.

    We loved this microwave. Even heating, easy to use. Only reason for not giving five starts is that the latch broke, so the door has to be held in a certain position for it to work. Parts/labor are more expensive than the microwave when it was new.
