    ordered around thanksgiving and geek squad installed it first week of Dec, 3 days later it will only work 10 seconds at a time with error CF-0. upon further close look, i saw a big dent on the side. called for replacement, today i took off another day from work so that they can install the new one. guess what we found when they took the new one out? dent on the back AGAIN. i sent it back. this is the 2nd day i took of work and stayed at home for a piece of junk. NOTE: the outside box is not dented, its my guess is that the issue is at QA at samsung from where they are packaging and shipping

    This thing is junk, purchased in late October by December it was dead. After waiting 4 weeks for repair, the tech. came out and repaired it, 4 hours later it was dead again. Now have to wait another week for them to come out again and diagnose it to either fix it again or replace it which will then be at least another week. Oh and the kicker is if they replace it the extended warranty is then terminated with the junk unit and would then have to buy another extended warranty. I have other samsung products which i`ve had good luck with this model is just terrible.

    Samsung kitchen appliances are junk

    Samsung kitchen appliances are absolute junk. We purchased a suite of devices. This microwave currently has a bad heat sensor. Medium to light use after 4 years. We also currently have a dishwasher that stopped working. We also have a range that's has already had 2 gas valves replaced.

    Don't buy Samsung Microwave

    Brought this product. Only worked for 4 years. The control panel gets moisture from cooking. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

    Lasted 2 years!!

    I purchased my microwave on 11/21/16. It was very easy to insult! On August 17, 2017 it blew a fuse. BUT it was still under the one year warranty. On October 31, 2018 it blew a fuse AGAIN. It's no longer under the one year warranty. To repair the microwave would be $200. I only paid $350 from Best Buy. A microwave should last longer then 2 years!!! I'm very disappointed in the product. Samsung's only suggestion was that I try and find someone cheaper to fix it. They TOTALLY missed the point! I don't not recommend this microwave. CAUTION!!!!!

    No microwave to review still yet....

    I can't write a review because after 2 install dates, i have still yet to receive microwave or a call telling me they not coming to install. I had to call both times so far to find out i had been lied to again. Customer service is absolutely terrible at best buy

    Google 7 second Issue First. Do Not Buy

    My wife and I just bought this microwave. Best Buy was awesome. Now their replacing the unit because it randomly beeps. Google Samsung microwave 7 second issue or https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/forums/v3_1/forumtopicpage/board-id/Kitchen/thread-id/1842/page/22. 22 pages of the same issue. Samsung says to unplug it and private message us. So they can Hid the Issue. They will Not post the solution.

    It will start suddenly and

    I have the circumstance that is very common on the internet. This microwave will beep suddenly with 7s or 77s showing on the monitor. You can't tell when it will do like this, but it happens a lot for me at night. What's worse, if you go on a vacation for a few days, you will see this vent is WORKING when you come back home. Check the review on the internet but not only here.

    Haunted

    Have had this microwave for 2 years and all of a sudden the number “7” likes to press itself with no one around. Have been woken up in the middle of the night with button being pressed. Worried microwave will start on its own when not home. HUGE hazard. Done research apparently no fix to problem? All seems to be temporary. Expensive microwave such a shame poorly made and no one can fix the issue.

    Turns on by its self

    Had this microwave adout a year it started coming on by it's self. We hear random beeps .fan starts in the middle of the night. Went on line and found hundreds of complaints on same problems and so far samsung has not helped anyone . It sits there next to my samsung dishwasher that lasted about a year. I think it's time to rethink of my product of choice.

    DO NOT BUYS SAMSUNG PRODUCTS! They die within 2 years. We have lost our dishwasher in less than a year, our fridge in 1.5, and now this piece of junk microwave. Literally any brand is better. They suck! The part that kills me is that we are still paying for these awful products.

    Is this microwave haunted?

    Worked for about a month. It has turned on randomly… by itself. doesn’t microwave anything, all we use it for is a vent for the stove.
