Purchased microwave to match new stove and refrigerator, looks great, no issues with the microwave as far as its ability. The only thing I might change is the way it opens, upper right side, I would have maybe made it assessable from the bottom, that’s the only thing that bothers me, but I guess in time you get use to it. Great purchase all around!

Easy to use, lots of cool features and pretty quiet

Great microwave, easy set up and we installed it ourselves all the parts there and easy installation.

It’s a good microwave, it does what it’s supposed to. The two big reasons we got this model were, one, we were replacing an older Samsung microwave and hoped this one would be able to use the same mounting bracket. We were! (We did have to drill new holes in the upper cabinet for the power cord and screws though). Two, we liked the cleaner look with no exposed handle and liked the fingerprint resistant finish. I must say that while the stainless is fingerprint resistant the front glass where the buttons are is not and quickly shows all greasy prints unless you’ve just washed your hands. We have two teenagers and between the four of us we must windex the front of this 3 times a day. Other than that we’ve liked it. We especially like the LED cooktop lights.

Love the product, but it didn’t last over 2 years. I’m going to buy again, but get the warranty too!

Quiet and efficient microwave! It works so well and it’s easy to operate! It looks good, too!

We got this to replace a Maytag that lasted only six years (though I'm told that's average for microwaves). We'll see if this lasts longer. It works very well. Its reheat and defrost functions work better than the old one, in that it doesn't overcook corners of the food and it defrosts the food thoroughly. It prompts you to turn the food over (the display is rather verbose) but if you ignore it it keeps going. The turntable rotates in 20 seconds, not 10 like the Maytag: relevant if you want a mug to end up with the handle toward you. The design is good with the controls imbedded in the big glass window and no external handle. We haven't exercised all the sensor functions but it does its job very well and we are satisfied with it. Like most appliances it comes with an inadequate flyer with instructions, and if you want details you have to go to the Samsung site and download the user manual.

We are loving this Microwave. It's easy to use, and has multiple options for microwaving that have come in handy. The new slick design is flush against our counters and goes well with the other Samsung Black Stainless Steel appliances. Really glad we made this choice.

This is a wonderful microwave that does everything I was looking for and more. And it looks nice too. I haven't tried all the features, and am not sure I ever will as there are so many.

We liked this microwave because of the sleek design without a big handle on the door to open it. The numbers for the functions all along the bottom of the microwave are convenient. the operation of the microwave also works very well.

Works and looks great. Has options and features that I have never, until now, had available. Though some other features are not there, i.e. one touch minute (usually one to 6 minutes) feature.

Does the job, love the 2 light LED lights, vent fan is strong. Variety cooking features aesthetically very nice. I brought it for the most part because I had to upgrade all my kitchen appliances and I wanted them all to match The Bespoke line. The only thing its not really handprints smudge proof, so I am constantly wiping it down because the smear marks bother me otherwise very nice microwave.

Super quite, nice clean look, and we love there is no handle. Food comes out hot and brought back to life

Great large microwave. It holds a 13 x 9 inch pan on its turntable without hitting the sides. Quiet and easy to use. The old microwave was taken out and the new one installed in less than 30 minutes. It has a good light above the stove and good, quiet fan.

Samsung is always known for quality product and continues to impress me. I had to replace my microwave of 10 years and when I saw this design, it was perfect for our kitchen. Our guest always compliment how it looks nice and wide. It has met all of our family requirements so far.

Purchased this microwave due to size and appearance. On the first operation, the outside of the door rapidly covered with water condensation which then dripped onto our range. We went back to the store and selected a different model and did an exchange. For the few days we had it, the microwave door would be covered with water every time it was used. The door could easily be moved up and down and we noticed when doing the exchange that the floor display microwave door could also easily be moved up and down. I’d avoid this model entirely.

This microwave is absolutely beautiful! I get compliments on this unit whenever people come over. The microwave heats foods accurately according to times given on labels of food products. Food heats evenly, and the unit is a lot quieter than my previous kitchen aide model.
