Love the item, when I first got it the person who installed it did not tell me how to enter the time, I had to figure it out myself.

Looks awesome. Enjoying all of the cool settings. I did a self install as well and it was very easy, comparable to hanging a shelf from the furniture store that you assemble everything you buy from. The GS install price over $150 would have been a major rip.

I haf ti roelqce my samsung microwave and oven as the older model (5 yrs old) wasnt heating well. This one doesnt heat well either. Every recipe is a third more time than called for. The sensor on my older model was sooo much better. And fingerprint resistant seems attract more fingerprints. I had a warrantee in my original but still had to pay an uptick $. And am so disapointed and exhausted from this replacemeht ordeal. But it looks nice, has nice features but the sensor, fingerprint resistance and getting it to actually heat up things is fse worse than the original very model i had before. I theow up my hands. Does any brand make sornthing decent and kices up to its promise anymore ?

From the outstanding microwave, price and excellent installation, Best Buy cannot be matched. We tried for 3 months of special order through Lowe’s and it came in damaged, lost and then not reorder as we were told. Save yourself time, trouble, and money, go to Best Buy from the start. The microwave is excellent, cooks even and has the perfect amount of features.

Sweet! Hard to believe you can be drawn to a microwave, but this one called to me at BB at first glance. First of all, it's super sleek, but not ridiculously modern looking. I love that there is no visible handle, instead there are grooves at the top and side of the door for you to slide your fingers in to open. But above all, I LOVE the glass display. Some background -- I had to replace an older microwave that worked just fine, but eventually caught fire one day! Come to find out (my fault for not knowing this) that the plastic-like display that came loose is a very bad sign and you should have your microwave serviced ASAP. When we bought this house the microwave came with it, and truth be told the display panel was always a little loose. But it always bothered me that it was just like bendable plastic, very cheap, like the plastic screen of an old wannabe iphone. Sometimes I felt like I had to press for days just to reach the electrical contacts behind the screen. But I digress. So this Samsung has a solid glass window with the touchpad built in. Not flimsy at all. And apparently the sensors are such that they don't register pressure, they just register the warmth of your finger. At least that's what my husband says, who knows if he's pulling my leg and I'm too busy to read the stupid book. In fact you hardly have to press at all, although that was my first inclination, to press hard to get it to register a touch. But turns out it responds to just the slightest press of your finger. So this whole glass touchpad thing - first of all this is an over the range microwave, so heat rises from the stovetop, and I don't have to worry about the screen warping because it's glass. I also love how much space there is inside the microwave, it's not much larger than my previous microwave but it still feels cavernous. Could be the color of the interior as well, reminds me of those old fashioned blue metal cups and plates you use when camping with little white specks. Anyway, I'm getting to a few cons now... Doesn't seem all that powerful. I don't use the microwave a lot truth be told, but I did recently place a plat of leftovers to warm at 1:30 and I needed to add :30. Not a big deal. I also had to warm a tablespoon of butter to melt it at :30, and I needed to add :10 to get it fully melted. That is a bit odd to me, but again not a dealbreaker. My second issue is the placement of the exhaust vent underneath. My old OTR had the vents on the sides and the lights in the middle. This is the other way around, large vent in the middle and lights on the side. I find this to be not ideal as most of the time I'm using the burners on the sides of the stove, not the one in the middle, and I feel like it could vent the exhaust better. First time I used in fact I was frying pork on the front left burner, and before I knew it my kitchen was filled with pork smoke, even at the highest fan setting. In part, it could also be because my microwave just doesn't come out far enough over the range top, or also because the burners on my new range are way more powerful than the old one so maybe i don't need to use such high heat, so possibility for user error. I have started to adjust the way I cook now, using mostly the back burners and lowering the heat and that has helped. But I feel a little limited right now depending on what I'm cooking. Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Time will tell if this is a major issue. I liken it to buying a new car - the new car doesn't work like the way your old car worked and you were used to your old car working a certain way, so now you have to get used to a different driving experience and adjust as needed. Anyway, overall it's a stylish machine and, again, the glass touchscreen!!!!

Purchased after personal and professional research with Best Buy Clackamas Store (Will). Microwave is efficient, sleek and easy to use as well as clean.

This is an awesome microwave. Love size and features. The buttons being on the bottom work out great for the shorter ones in our lives. There is a certain complexity to setting the time that might scare some off but a quick google search solves that issue handily. Can fit anything you could think of in this thing and it does what a microwave does well. The fan is powerful and quite loud at the max setting but also does it's job well. My main reason for getting this particular model is that it has no plastic film on the buttons which seem to always get deformed and look terrible after a while and this definitely does not look like it will have that problem.

OMG! It took a while to get this microwave because it was always on back order, and I see why. This microwave is powerful!! We replaced an older Samsung Microwave because the magnetron died; this model does not disappoint; it looks sleek and modern and blends nicely with our other Samsung Appliances. It is spacious enough for large containers and a shelf is included. A cooking guide is readily available when the door is opened and I especially like the +30 second and Kitchen Timer features. Another great feature is that the Turntable can be turned on and off with the touch of a button. There are two LED Lights on the bottom, which is great when cooking. I can't say enough about this microwave.

When i put food into it cold and press the buttons, my food comes out not cold. The main reason for the 5 star review is the i didnt have to mount another bracket to my wall or drill some more holes into my cabinet. I replaced a 12 year old Samsung microwave with this one and it fit the exact same way. 10 minutes to swap them out and most of that was emptying the cabinet it hangs under.

Product is as described, easy to operate and looks elegant. The only drawback is that it takes longer to heat up compared to my previous smaller microwaves.

Love this look. Needs a better explanation of cooking cycles to use it to its full capability. The light under the unit is bright white LED so very nice compared to a warm white. Very easy to clean.

This microwave has everything I need. I appreciate the design choice (no handle, open by a recessed portion of the door) and it's intuitive enough to use without a manual.

Stylish and modern! Super easy to clean and I love the rack inside it. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good microwave. Just be sure to do your measurements accurately!
