It is an odd microwave to get used to with no extruding door handle, but love the space, options, and cleaner look. Love the one touch buttons for type of food and temp sensor when ready. Makes perfect popcorn.

Bought this as a set when I replaced all of the appliances I had a working microwave but this one is just very nice lots of features and plenty of room to cook and reheat big items in it

I've only had the microwave for a couple of weeks, but it is working fine and looks good; however check your microwave promptly for damage as the original microwave Best Buy sent arrived severely dented, and the replacement microwave also arrived dented (though less severely dented). Tired of the wait, the unpacking and packing, and the endless phone calls with Best Buy reps, I decided (essentially under duress, since they wore me down) to keep the second, dented, microwave. Now, I cannot get Best Buy to send me a return label with the shipper's pick-up fees paid, to return the first shipment. I shouldn't have to (and won't) pay for pickup of the damaged microwave. After calling Best Buy multiple times over the last 2 weeks for a return shipping label with pick-up charges paid, I've given up. Every call requires repeating the entire sequence of events to-date because the reps notes are either poor or missing, and I have to conference in the cardholder for the original purchase (typically unavailable at work), and it's almost impossible to speak with a supervisor. The process has been almost (but not quite) hilarious; yesterday, I again requested a return label, and today I received a call from UPS's Investigations Department checking a claim for a lost shipment!

Easy installation. User friendly microwave. We love the feature of this microwave not having a handle. The buttons reapond well to our fingertips. Great buy!

Very sleek and stylish. The no handle design gives it a very clean look. Of course you will have to tell your guests how to open the door the first time around. Very quiet. I love the programmable settings.

This model is replacing a previous 5-year old Samsung Microwave that stopped working. The mixed reviews of this model gave me pause, considering my other Samsung stopped functioning. But, it fits into our existing space and the install template was exactly the same as our previous model, which made installation a breeze. Also, the look is really clean and goes well with our other appliances. So far after a few weeks everything is functioning fine (fingers crossed). My main complaint, which is the same as on our previous model, is that the touch controls can be a bit finicky...which I hope does not get worse over time.

Great microwave, stylish, love the no door handle, very powerful, lots of features, (30 second and popcorn are great). Installation was quick and easy and the installers couldn't have been nicer.

Attractive, easy to clean, easy to read panel, need to have book handy to be able to select non everyday cooking types like defrost and power levels.

Not only does this perform well , it’s also big enough to heat up a few different things. Also great for defrosting big items . By far the best microwave we’ve ever had

I was leary bc of other reviews and have only had mine for a month. Read the other reviews and they all seem to have a few bad apples. Decided on this one due to its sleek appearance and brand. Who would have ever thought I would’ve called a microwave sleek :) It seems to be a good microwave. I had my whirlpool over the stove microwave for 20 years, so I don’t know what it’s like to have a bad one. Price was a little high but if I get half of the years out of this one I’ll be happy and it will be worth it. Good luck! (I will update review)

The installation is simple but recommend 2 people even though I installed this on my own. If your replacing an existing different brand microwave you will need to drill new holes and use the supplied wall bracket. There’s a lot of DIY videos online you should watch before install. I chose this microwave specifically because this was the only one that eliminated the door handle which seems to break off on all microwaves after 5 years or more. There is a inner groove which allows you to open the door which is better than the crappy plastic handles on other microwaves. The microwave is also easy to clean thanks to to the fingerprint resistant finish.

Great microwave. It is a little larger that I expected but looks and operates great. Easy install with clear instructions. Would recommend.
