They said that they tested it and that it worked fine. I tested it and within a day it overheated and shut down. Then it cooled off, and did the same thing again. Within a week it broke completely. Terrible job of testing Best Buy. This wasted a lot of my time. Going to the store and back, and installing and uninstalling it. The microwave was super quiet when it was running. There was not fan running to cool the heating mechanism. Which caused it to burn out. Again, terrible job of testing Best Buy

Go with a no handle model

It has lots of presets and a very large inside area if have something large you need to cook. Our favorite thing and the reason we went with this microwave is that it does not have a handle. The microwave sticks out into the room a little further since it is 2.1 cu ft so not having a handle stick out further is really nice and makes it look very neat.
