Purchased the Samsung - 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over the Range Fingerprint Resistant Microwave in stainless steel. It works well - the main and frustrating issue i have is that there was NO instruction manual on how to work the various options. Now, inside to the right you will find the quick items; however other elements like setting the clock - nothing to help you figure it out. I went to the Samsung website and had to pull up the manual as a PDF - WHAT? Come on - there should be detailed instructions on how to use this appliance. I have the very expensive Chef's collection side in convection oven - that has a manual (thank goodness) however this did not. There was a trifold piece of paper with the installation instructions, no manual. I called Geek Squad - NO HELP and that even frustrated me even more and yes, i did pay for the extended warranty. I spoke with 3 different people on 3 different occasions and each person said 'sorry, you have to call the manufacture' or the best one was - just keep using all of the buttons until you figure it out. REALLY?!

I was concerned bc of the other reviews but have no issues. If you use a smart phone then the buttons shouldn’t be an issue; they don’t need to be mashed just tapped. The light isn’t too bright lol; it’s LED. The vent is as loud as you’d assume one that actually vents would be. The options aren’t super intuitive and some options you’ll need to reference the manual for if you don’t use them often. We really don’t use the shelf like I thought we would; and it shouldn’t be left in the microwave if not using it

Only used it a few times so far but it definitely looks great with the matching appliances and my white kitchen cabinets.

It gets the job done with great space to cook whatever you jeed quickly. Thr black stainless looks great. No issues so far.

Love the new microwave, it has so many easy to use functions. It matches my Samsung range and love the black stainless steel that looks great and doesn’t leave fingerprints. Great upgrade from my last microwave. I really recommend the installers, they had to trim part of my granite countertop and did a good job and took their time and the end results were worth it.

When this microwave was first installed, I thought I would need to send it back. We could not figure out how to change the time. After calling Samsung, we found out the manual is online not in the box. The representative helped me with the time and of course, I wrote it down for future reference. The microwave is working out great (for now that is).

I just love, love LOVE my new microwave!!!! When I first brought it home I was afraid it was not going to fit because it looked oversized. But when my husband install the microwave I was amazed it fit perfectly. It's huge inside and has different heating options for my kids food. Its just an awesome microwave! Great investment.

Sleek, quiet, large, terrific modern microwave. Love that there is no handle protruding out from the front. Powerful light and fan when needed.

Great microwave easy to use and installation was easy

Bought microwave earlier this year and stopped working in a little over a month. Called Samsung and they sent out a tech. @hours later and helping her most of the time she said it was fixed. the tech had stripped one of the mounting bolts by not lining up her driver properly and lost the other mounting bolt. It is hanging by one bolt as we speak. It stopped working again that night. I called Samsung again and requested that they send a different tech out and two new mounting bolts. Same tech came out and said she fixed it again and it broke the next day. Buy the replacement plan warranty when buying Samsung from Best Buy. It is worth it because Samsung service is terrible.

This over the range microwave looks amazing, and so far has cooked perfectly. On the popcorn setting, it popped a bag of popcorn with next to no kernels leftover and perfect timing. Having no handle on the front of the door really makes a difference in the look of this microwave, giving it a sleek, modern appearance. It pairs perfectly with our Samsung black stainless range.

This is an excellent microwave and it is very stylish and compliments the kitchen. It is very easy to use and the built in programming is very useful. The only con about the microwave we have found is that you need to push a little harder on the touchscreen to make your selections. That could be a concern over time.

I bought the dual oven range to replace my old kenmore oven around Christmas. I then bought this microwave oven to replace my old over the range microwave (matching my oven). I got this a coulple of months ago and I love it so far. The only thing I'd mention is that no instructions come with this microwave; so even the guy who came to instal the microwave didn't know how to set up the clock on it (it's a new product and it was his first installation -so I don't blame him for not knowing everything about the product). I was told that I have to scan the barcode on the microwave on my smartphone to get the full instructions but it's so strange that Samsung doesn't make the instructions public or allow the companies that sell the product to scan the barcode on their phone and see the instructions. Nothing bad happened so far that I needed to check the online instructions for but I thought I'd mention this even the Best Buy geek squad person who came to install the microwave had no access to the instructions to set up all the functions correctly from the get go.
