It is big but does not have as many food option choices and some items you want to reheat must be entered by time increments. also items you want to reheat only show up in the cook option set

We absolutely love this microwave! It looks beautiful and works great! I especially like it because I am short and the buttons are on the bottom where I can reach them easily. Very good buy.

While it is not the same series as our Samsung range, the black stainless finish looks very nice with the range, which is a regular black finish. We like the door design because it is the full width of the microwave with no visual breaks. Nice display & controls.

This microwave does not have a handle. Makes for a smooth clean appearance. Looks great with the matching range. So far we have loved the size and speed of reheating leftovers. Looking forward to using it for other tasks soon. The Only thing that I can ding it for is the lack of a owners manual in the box.

Love this unit, had a Samsung before and thought is was great this one is even better. Then vent set-up is excellent and powerful enough to pull all the smoke from bacon I have accidentally overcooked. The microwave works fine with the different selections on heating, melting, defrost, etc,. Led lighting is nice and love the black stainless look.

Overall good microwave from Samsung. Our previous was the same model, and it stopped heating after 3.5 years due to some electrical issue.

i love this microwave! i feel like I finally have the microwave I've always wanted. it has so many features. it has so many time settings. you can use manual settings or the microwave has a list preset numbers you can choose from. it comes with a rack so that you can heat more than one thing at a time. great purchase!

I love this microwave, but it has taken me over two weeks to understand the ins and outs of running it. I’ve made 2 calls to Samsung to try to do something simple, like lowering the power. The useless manual says, for example, press “power” to set power levels. THERE IS NO POWER BUTTON! How simple is it to provide a manual that applies to that particular model?

It was a Great fit for the one it replaced but I was Disappointed that it did not come with any warranty information. There also was not a book with any directions. Plus it was supposed to be fingerprint resistant and it definitely is not!

A very easy installation with two people supporting. I previously had a Samsung and was so pleased that I purchased another.

Didn’t even know I had a dream microwave until we found this! So modern and sleek. We love not having a handle bump out in the front - makes it feel much more spacious above the range while we’re cooking.

The first thing you'll notice and love about this Samsung microwave is its looks, and how it immediately makes your kitchen look more modern. Aside from that, it seems to function well and warms things up as a microwave should. Some of the controls and features are confusing, but I think that there'll always be a bit of getting used to when going from an unit you've been using for years to a new one with a different control setup. And as far as quality goes, it feels very well built, but we'll see how it holds up in the long run. Overall, I think it largely comes down to how important the looks are for you, and if it's worth the premium. Performance wise, it's not like we can test-drive microwaves, so it's hard to say how much better or not the unit performs compared to the next one, but so far I've been quite happy with this Samsung microwave.

The control panel along the bottom of door took some getting used to, but practical. The buttons only need a light touch. The “hidden handle” on the side enhances the sleek design. Only caution for DIY installers is that there may be a need to drill new holes, as our professional installer found out as well. Otherwise, two thumbs up!

Very sleek design and easy to operate microwave. The counter light and vent are more powerful then the two year old microwave we replaced. Lots of room and clean lines.

Beautiful piece of equipment. Lots of features and room to cook. It does have functionality issues. It will loose power while cooking on some of the pre-set features and the fan makes a loud popping noise On had product less than 2 months and already having to have someone come out and look at it for repair to return.

Looks great and works perfectly. I would highly recommend.

Yes, the first thing we thought was this is going to be difficult to get used to, but not having a handle makes it so much easier to clean. With the handle integrated into the door, it makes it so much more aerodynamic and easier to use and clean.
