Product looks very sleek and having the controls on the door makes the functions easy to manage. The microwave works as expected, and the large capacity allows me to re-heat and cook larger quantities of food. Love it and would highly recommend it.

Good microwave, touch buttons could be better

The main complaint I have is that the touch buttons are not as responsive as they could be. Also, it would be nice if there were a direct "clock" button to set the time, instead it is buried in a menu.

They were neat, professional, and clean. They hauled away the old microwave and made a very clean installation. The microwave itself is excellent and is a welcome upgrade from our previous Kenmore. Highly recommended.

Superior Microwave oven

All control buttons are on the glass front easy to see. Am extremely satisfied and recommend it highly. Also dealing with Best Buy was an absolute pleasure!

Condensation problems

Both have had condensation on the outside of the door on longer cook times. The first unit had a problem with the fan. Changing speeds didnt change the fan at all. This one is better but still having external condensation leakage. I can feel it coming from the upper left front. Best Buy techs have been out 3 times and cannot identify the issue

Only downside: It's not obvious how to work some of the features, like setting the clock because there's a lot of layers of features and button pushing to get there, but once you know how, it comes easy.
