The microwave is quiet and heats things pretty well. It is east to clean in the inside and outside

I guess I am shallow as the beauty of this microwave is good enough for me. The microwave works well enough, the venting is very powerful and the lighting is nice. But good luck turning on the light in a dark room (when you need it) - you'll just be poking the dark, black glass panel. Also, the user manual and diagrams are definitely written for another Samsung microwave oven, not this model. So you'll be guessing about how to use other functions too. But I love it

Love this Microwave. It is very roomy and the fan speeds for extract have different speeds. Heats up food very well better than the previous one I had. Touch screen is very nice as well as the many different settings for different meals.

After having a smallish countertop microwave for the last decade, we’re absolutely in love with this over the range upgrade. Lots of room. Lots of settings. The vent and light button sometimes need the magic touch, but other than that it’s perfect.

Great looking microwave. Samsung is the only one with the extra large glass plate. The interior has the new enamel type coating like used in ovens. Makes cleaning a breeze. Happy with our purchase.

I wanted this microwave and was thrilled to find it at Best Buy for less than Home Depot & Lowes. They found it in stock at another store and had it sent to our local store within 4 days. My husband was able to install it easily & it looks & works great!

The price was amazing for a Samsung! Inside of it on the door panel has a handy guide, kinda of like the guide book. I LOVE IT. SO I USE ALL THE EXTRAS ON THIS MACHINE. Great Price. Great microwave. What more can I ask for.

Such an awesome microwave! This is the quietest microwave we have ever had. This microwave also has many built-in cooking programs that make using it for many meals very easy. A must-buy.

This is my first totally handle-less OTR microwave. Been through 4 microwaves in 9 years of living in my home; this is by far the best. The handles of other microwaves break off after being subjected to steam and heat from the stove below it. Also, the buttons/ controls of older or cheaper models break super quick by over-zealous fingers. The controls on this microwave are on a glass touchscreen, seems like it will be very durable. Appreciate the sleepiness of design and the interior is huge since its lost the handle and cheap motherboard/controls that normally occupies the right side. Only negative is not having *certain* preset food/liquid items like popcorn, melt cheese, boil water. There are so many presets, just not those that I personally use often. Highly recommend!

The microwave looks great. However, it requires to hit start after pushing the 30 second button which is inconvenient. Navigating the menus is not intuitive.

This microwave is nothing less than AMAZING. I do wish the user manual gave more information about using it. But I'm telling you this thing is awesome. Can't go wrong buying one.

Got a microwave that can do alot in a short quick time. Quiet, cooks food evenly. Only draw back was, is that it had to be replaced already but BB took care of it quickly.
