    I love it!! Cooks food perfectly. The only problem I give it a 4 only because of its size. It’s massive and I had to raise my cabinets in order for it to fit over the stove. Also if I could give a review on customer service and delivery it would be a 0. I ordered this in September but just got it. Customer service kept losing to me and kept setting appointments only to send a reschedule email the day of the delivery. Horrible experience. I would not make any appliance purchases from Best Buy.

    Unit arrived with dents in the portion of the unit that is stored under the cabinet. Has worked well so far. Very attractive design.

    works great, looks great... 3 years in and display is spotty and fading... 8 o'clock is sometimes 6 o'clock or 5 o'clock

    Slow user interface, but microwave design is otherwise good. Other microwaves have single button push for a 1 to 6 minute cook. This unit requires entering 6, 0, 0, start.

    This item seems fine, but I have no information on how to work this microwave, There was no information left after the technician left after the installation. Someone was to mail me the instruction manual, but so far I have not received it. I will rate this sale after I learn how to work my new microwave.

    I have had this for a few months now and I really do like it. I have not had any issues and it does what I need it to do. The microwave looks very sleek without having a handle on the front of the door

    I love the new ceramic interior. So much easier to clean. I do notice that the glass on this microwave get fingerprints a lot quicker than my last one but is easy to clean as well.
