Love the "clean" look and keeping it that way is easy too. Setting the clock requires special training and memory but it is easy once you know how. The smooth glass "touch panel" makes it easy to clean but be careful how you wipe around the buttons. My wife somehow put it in "Demo" mode when wiping the glass clean. And for value? We got it on sale at the change of models time. Made it a fantastic value!!!

And its the same thing like the regular Samsung over the range microwave that we had prior to install this one. I thought that it was going to be better for being "BeSpoke"; but its not. It has nothing different at all.

It worked for one week and died. I contacted Best Buy and the earliest delivery for a replacement is in 10 days later. I own multiple Samsung appliances I’m pretty shocked it only took a week for the microwave to die. I’m going to give it another try only because it really is a great microwave if it worked.
