I bought this microwave open box excellent condition. The only thing that I did not receive was the actual fox the microwave came in earlier than that the product looks brand-new work brand new had all the pieces for assembly and manuals! I checked the price for this microwave at Lowe's and home Depot after I purchased it and realized I saved well over half the price by buying the same exact microwave this way through Best buy!

We are happy so far and like the operation okay. I like the Full frontal door particularly well as well as the printed menu items inside the door opening where all the controls were on our old unit--a very good one it was and it was GE we had for 20 years. also like the touch (on the door) controls this unit has. the instructions to install were not the best but we did manage to achieve a good installation despite that.

Bought this item from the open box section and didnt Dissapoint. Worked great and look amazing!!!

Only difficult thing about this unit was figuring out how to set the clock. After that it was smooth sailing and extremely easy.

Heats and cooks very even. Easy to install. Love the color. Fingerprint resistant? Maybe but does ok..

This microwave sets a different tone in the kitchen. It doesn't have a pull arm like all the rest - modern design and elegant look makes this a keeper.

The presets add a really nice feature to this microwave. Great size and the perfect amount of light for cooking on the range underneath.

This has a large capacity and many control options. Powerful, but controllable. LOVE that it does not have a handle or a push button to open the door. Those things are such a magnet for grease and grime. My favorite design of any microwave I have ever had or used. How can you improve on a microwave? All of them are the same... But, one less area to attract dirt or needs cleaning is a plus to me. How you open the door.... improvement made.

We have had this a month and it has worked great. Tonight I reheated one item. When I put the second in and set the timer, the code RUN came up and the timer just counts down like a stop watch. We called Samsung customer support and they are sending a technician out 12/3 almost a week out. They could not assist with the code.

I love my microwave, it has so many great features that covers all my needs. It is elegant, classy and functional. Highly recommended!

Got this on sale during the holidays and haven’t had any problems yet. Looks nice, sleek and modern in the kitchen.

Easy to use but vent fan is not that great it dose not suck up steam very good. The door is very convenient with control on frount.
