The only drawbacks I have found are 1) Setting the time. Hint: Go to Options #9 then follow the manual. 2) There are so many ways to cook with this microwave the learning curve is taking awhile to master. It has an unbelievable vent fan that clears out the kitchen in hardly any time. Great cooking machine and worth the money !!!!!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty sure this is last year’s model and they are selling off the remaining ones, because we received one with no plastic film on it and a huge dent in the side. I don’t know if Samsung, Best Buy, or UPS is to blame. After returning it, we wanted to get one in the store to avoid getting another damaged microwave (the new one was also dented, but that is another story). After choosing a second, slightly smaller Samsung model, I did notice some cons with this microwave. It is massive, and sticks out a little further than other options. I really liked the no handle look, but the door that swings out is HUGE. And while I like the idea of the buttons on the bottom, they are very spread out and less intuitive as the traditional keypad style on the side. I also wonder if it is the bottom controls in the door that may be causing the malfunctioning issues some people have complained of here.

Samsung microwave

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this product but I thought I was getting a smart microwave, it is very large in fix right above my cooktop.the only problem I had is the rack inside is to low, I have kids so I have to have a cover when they are warming up their food and the rack makes it hard to do.
