It cooks well too. My only complaint would be the buttons. They are almost too "futuristic" where it's a "touch" button instead of a press button. The buttons work fine, just take some getting used to. After 9 months of owning this, the buttons are still a little annoying.

The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because the buttons are little cumbersome to press and need a firm press because they are touch sensitive and not actual push buttons. Otherwise it's a microwave and we use it as intended and have had zero problems with it.

However, the middle rack really bothers me. To me, the middle rack serves no purpose. Do yourself a favor and throw that rack away. Other than that, I feel like this was a good purchase, as it compliments my Samsung range. I just hope the quality holds up.

We understand how you feel about your microwave. We will do our best to help you.
This microwave model is fingerprint-resistant up to a certain degree. The finish will try to hold out against smudges as much as it can; however, a little bit of cleaning and or polishing is recommended for that pristine/flawless look.
Please see page 29 of the user manual on how to clean the exterior of the microwave.
